Staff members were friendly and helpful. The $6.99 breakfast buffet was worth the price. The only issue is with the sliding bathroom door, it kept coming off the track and getting stuck.

Lots of broken items in our room. One elevator was broken as was the equipment in the fitness center. Staff was helpful. None of the issues were their fault but it didn’t meet our expectations. We checked out early.

Staff: very good service. Breakfast: I think the price is the correct for the quality and selection of the breakfast, I prefer to pay a fair price for a good breakfast instead of free breakfast with low quality. Outdoor pool: Did not use it, however I saw the Jacuzzi had a very green water, that made me hesitate to go to the main pool, honestly.

Some of the staff member did not let us know that housekeeping rooms are clean every 3 days. Requested towels staff member said that we'll get it, and that at that moment they did have extra towels because towels being watch, staff never did gave us towels we had to used the dirty towels that were used, never encounter a hotel were it didn't have access to towels 24/7 that is not acceptable, charging extra for breakfast not acceptable either, they r not honest on their website about all these things I mentioned, paying for extra breakfast, not having access to 24/7towels and cleaning rooms only every days.
