Comfort Inn & Suites Houston I-45 North - IAH

The property looked abandoned with the entry gate half closed (only the exit side was open) and piles of trash next to the gate/fence. My room was terrible. The furniture was stained as well as the carpet. The sofa sectional was broken and leaning. Both sets of receptacles in the bathroom didn’t work. Most surfaces were rusted or had the laminate peeling/chipped. The sink faucet wasn’t secured to the countertop making it difficult to turn in/off the water. On the plus side the bed was comfortable, and the refrigerator, office desk and office chair were functional.

Unfortunately issues: -No ice available at property -Lighting was out in main lobby -Breakfast was minimal at best -The key control on room door failed after one night. Manager on duty had to use a crowbar to open our room. -Pool was closed and full of alge Would not stay here again.

The lobby is always hot breakfast is always late and isn’t good. When it rains the lobby leaks at random places the hall ways going to the rooms are always always hot

Clean. It was nothing of quality as I expected by looking at the pictures when booking. It was supposed to be a deluxe room and it was just a regular room size!!!! The pool was only bottom part of it not like the pictures. The bar part didn't even have a drink menu to see the drinks available not even the beers. I've been to this hotel off and on and for a few years so the first time a few years back under the Hyatt it was great through the years it was supposedly supposed to be being fixed and seems only the carpets were changed. I will post a review on Yelp I was very disappointed at what they advertise when booking vs what they really give.

Ice machine didn't work, no service to give clean towels or bedding came through. Also front doors were locked and had to use the side entrance.

Horrible place to stay this place needs to be shut down and manage by new owners In the middle of summer pool was dirty and water was low no filter was on but stuff told me that pool was open and i could swim honestly i would not even take i shit on this pool trust me it was that bad

This properly inside was nice and the room was but the outside was very run down and I ask for a refund because they said they wasn’t responsible for any damages to my car Outside wasn’t taken care of and it didn’t look safe

it was a good budget stay almost everythihng was broken. the chair in the room, the vending machine at downsairs, cable etc.

The hotel was not clean and did not meet basic expectations. The laundry room was in very poor condition and looked neglected. There was no ice available during our stay, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the property needs much better maintenance and cleanliness. I would not choose to stay here again.

Location The front gate is not fully opened, and it looks like an abandoned building. The A/C at the lobby was broken, and the AC in the room was not cooling it enough looks like it's too old equipment.

We didn’t have a key to our room. Our door had to be open with a crowbar by the staff personnel, room was dirty the pillow had a big stain, the towels that we were given were dirty, the couch in the room had a hole on it and it had another big stain, and the pool wasn’t working either. The room was not properly cleaned. It Also the hotel itself stunk
