Room had roaches during the night, the television would not play any of the streaming services. Room was snot fully clean!

Room was clean. Everything is across the street or nearby. The iron was missing. It wasn’t anything to drink, it usually has bottled water in hotels I’m not sure if this one was mandatory for it, but like I said, everything is nearby, hair and beauty stores, fast food, academy, Walmart, etc. Staff were nice. I would definitely book again.

Could’ve been cleaner as far as dusting goes & my top comforter had holes in it but it was spacious and clean enough for me to feel safe sleeping in the sheets. Bed slept great. Microwave was appreciated. I’d definitely stay there again for the price when in the area

Perfect stay, right by the essential stores that many people may need to stop by before a big important event and it’s just right there! Love it, bilingual and flexible with my needs. I will be booking again in the future for sure.

Price was ok but not for the risk Bad neighbor, roaches everywhere. I paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1 because of the filth.

A ton of homeless people right outside the hotel. Room wasn't really clean- hair left all in the shower. Had a smell to the hotel as soon as you hit the stairwell.

Room was not clean. Heat/air did not work. No hot water. No toilet paper upon arrival and there were bugs!

I booked the hotel for 3 nights, the app took the money and tell me my booking was approved and confirmed.at late night,take uber from the airport to the hotel 45 min and I get there and the said there is no room available. And the guy was very rude at the reception

It was spacious and they allowed me to check in early. My room didn’t have a tub. I booked a smoking room and was given a non smoking room. Doordash dropped my food at the office. The soda machine only takes cash or coins. Its two dollars to wash and dry, plus washer and dryer small. There is no breakfast

Screaming, crying, shouting, beating on the door at 2:00 am that went on for at least 20 minutes uninterrupted. It was both awful and frightening. I expected gun shots at any minute. I would never, ever stay there again. I felt very unsafe.

The room and the property did not look like the images on line. My room smelled like marijuana. The cover had cigarette burn. The air didn’t properly work on arrival. The staff was great and came to fix my air quickly. The area is a little sketchy. I was worried about my car but it was okay. I probably would never stay here again but I am thankful for the friendly staff.
