I was charged for my bar purchases on my card even though I paid cash. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean & the staff was friendly and courteous. Complimentary breakfast was not included .

checked in around 9 pm and the lobby and bar area were so loud, i could not hear the clerk. he did not greet me because the woman ahead of me was trying to use a credit card that kept getting declined. finally another clerk showed up to get me checked in and he refused to enter my Bonvoy # in his system while checking me in. went straight up to the room and heard people in the hallway and slamming doors for the next several hours

Overall the property was clean and the staff was nice. However, there was 2 situations when the elevator broke down. The power went out in the hotel and I had to use stairs. Also, during my stay—housekeeping did not clean my room for my 5 day stay which is disappointing

This is far from elegant - very 70's disco - and no internet connection during my entire stay, but all staff was friendly.

Location is good, the young manager was very sweet and understanding. I was made to wait 1 hour in the lobby with my family, it was close to 3 am and the "night manager" told me I had to wait an hour while she sorted out receipts. She even told me "you can cancel if you want" and I wasnt going to get refunded my 203.00 per night. It saddened me that all my family was tired and we were waiting in the lobby for an hour. She was the bald headed woman (I didnt catch her name) giggling w the white male that was there like if it was funny to treat us that way. Luckily I spoke to the main manager in the morning and she apologized and told us that she wasnt suppose to treat us that way. It was a very comfortable room nonetheless.
