Worst hotel we ever stayed. Full of roaches. We had to leave in the middle of the night to make sure we do not bring any roach to our home

No breakfast, no internet as advertised. The place was beaten down. I would suggest Expedia to review such hotels before showing in the listings.

Room was okay for the price. I reserved a king bed, but got a queen. Bed was very hard. What they call pillows are not. They are flatten pieces of I don't know what, but it was like putting your head on cardboard. Breakfast, what breakfast? Not the best place, but I have seen worse.

Nothing. Everything. The staff. The roaches. The elevator was broken(with no signage). The smoking everywhere.

It was quite at times. They didn't have breakfast as shown on booking.com, The first room we encountered roaches and a broken AC unit which had the room extremely hot. There was no washateria on site as the booking showed. No face to face interaction like most good hotels. You had to conduct business through a damn window. They didn't offer refunds to go to another hotel so I had to stay there. The house keepers always tried to come in the room while we were sleeping knock then enter even after I said hold on I'm not decent. The agent I talked to gave me 11.65 bonus money after I spent almost 500 there.

Closer to the airport. Cockroaches are everywhere, the smell and dusty AC unit.

Upon arrival the staff at the window was extremely rude , gave the impression that he was irritated.. the facility is disguising !! Infested with roaches and rat droppings. With an unpleasant unbearable Oder . We were given a room unaware it was in these conditions as the photos and descriptions did not describe it to be that way . We did not stay we left immediately. -100000 out of 10

Do you have a bad road infestation there and the ice machine was broken and the elevator was broken… I had to switch rooms three times because the roaches were so bad….

Nothing Itchy bedding, water coming out of the wall in the bathroom, marks on bedsheets and then challenged when I asked for clean ones.. I would like my money back and the health department needs to check this place out

Property smelled like mildew roaches everywhere the toilet would not flush anything down the this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at it literally needs to be shut down because ainn no way they're still in business

Nothing the most dirty place to stay. Horrible os not enough to describe the property. Roaches all over the tables a walls bathroom.

Still waiting on my refund 9 days later it smelt horrible was dirty tub was black seen roaches even tried to move rooms only to find it to be the same and hair in the “clean” room asked for refund as it was a week stay they said I had to be charged a day still though was only on property for 10 minutes to see all this

Don't want to sound rude but since the day I got there there were to many roaches everywhere and toilet and shower was not clean beds sheets had burns from cigarettes ect.
