I stay there for quite some time general manager Dion. She’s very helpful, resourceful and leads by perfect example however, employees needs more training, hospitality, customer service, and more.. staff is very rude at times nonchalant, arrogant attitude

Management is overall good. GM Dee couldn’t ask for a better Person whose management skills are excellent.

Best kept secret. Unbelievable well maintained. The staff seemed like real busy bees. I honestly have not experienced anything like this before. I mean the staff was all over it and friendly and courteous. From the office ladies to the housekeepers. All were incredibly efficient, fast and courteous. Overall I’d say 6 of the 7 hotel employees I encountered were extremely professional, polite, courteous etc. maintained the rooms well and always addressed me with sir or mister. There was only one maintenance man there that needs to work on his people skills and stop being so pretentious. But you will not be disappointed. A plus plus. I was so impressed I had planned to give each of the staff a 20 dollar tip just to show my appreciation for this supernatural flow and professionalism. If it had not been for the rude maintenance man, they would have gotten it. I actually might still mail them their tips because they deserved it. They were young, middle aged, some old, all different races. I have never experienced customer service like this before. Was very good. Rooms are humongous. Everything smelled new and clean. I was overwhelmed. And the price can’t be matched for what you get. Whoever manages these girls needs to give them all raises.

my first experience wasnt so good. Unresolved issues with payment transaction. Front desk agent was very rude and unprofessional. Rooms are overrated. Old furniture some rooms are renovated some are not. Literally my 1st day checking into my room I had to go out & buy cleaning supplies because my room wasnt clean upon my arrival carpet smells like moth balls & musk. Now if i could rate the GM Mrs D.?! She goes over & beyond for her guest as far as her employees?! Hire another crew..

Affordable Unsafe. There was someone trying to sell me drugs. So I never went out the whole time I was there. I never felt safe. But the staff were very professional and I know the management doesnt know that they have shady guests.

Nothing Nothing staff was ok but bed was small and fire alarm in room keep buzzing bed was uncomfortable in the early morning fire alarm going off ofto run out my run not quiet at all neighborhood was good either
