There was one lady from the 2-11 shift that was very nice The hallway smelled like dog pee there was bugs in the shower trash on the ground outside

New hotel, everything worked, staff outstanding

The staff and hotel in general wasn’t bad. My room, however was hot and uncomfortable and had a strange smell when we arrived. The shower had hairs in it which automatically made us feel as if it was unsanitary and Later that night, we saw a HUGE roach in the bathroom and being afraid of roaches made the remainder of the stay uncomfortable.

The property is tucked back in the corner of two busy highway access/feeder roads. The road noise is not bad, but vehicles can be heard at high-traffic parts of the day/night. Several GOOD restaurants are within walking distance, but the interior driveway is the only path to walking. Other businesses are very close but open only during business hours.

Nit able to eat breakfast as we rushing out to meet up with our friends Public rest room when we already checked out.

It was close to everything. Our room had black stuff in the shower, they told us they would come and clean it. The general manager stopped me during breakfast and said he was sorry and they would take care of us by doing a deep clean. They never did! The MOD apologized alot and said they could give us the only room they had left but the room my girls would be in, the windows was right at the grills and pool. I looked a guy in his face when I opened the curtains. But since they promised to deep clean the room we chose not to move rooms but found out later it wasn't clean. The manager ask for pictures and said she would take care of it promised to refund some of our money from the stay and provide me with 5000 points because I was a IHG member. Never got either, nor heard from anyone. I also can't get in contact with anyone, they are always busy, not there or will call me back. Worst stay ever! Oh and we had pubic hair in our bed under the mattress protector we noticed that our last night there.

Very clean room and the staff was nice

The room was very clean and comfortable but beyond that, It was menial at best. The programing on T.V offered very few choices. There was no ice maker on the floor, the breakfast bar was the most elegant of all breakfast bars that I had ever seen however, the food was horrible. The best thing you could probably eat would have been a waffle. Worst of all, I found out upon checking in that the building would be under repair and all power would be off from 10-3!!!! Are you serious!!! The mangers only response to this was. it's not our fault"!!! I tried contacting Hotels.com to ask about a refund and found out they no longer have a way to reached!!! That was a dead end. I am probably done with them as well.

Unable to enjoy the breakfast, I am disabled and my room was too far from the breakfast area to navigate alone. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. There was nothing to dislike

Was one of the best places I’ve stayed. Biggest surprise was the free dinner Mon-We’d. Had no idea till checkin.

It’s a beautiful place and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and has something for everyone or different diets. The Den is quiet and a great place to meet. There was nothing about it that we didn’t like.
