WoodSpring Suites Houston I-45 Airtex

We were denied our check in due to my husband's criminal record and it was almost midnight when we got there. We had to sleep in our car and try to get enough money together to get another room we have never had a problem any where else. I feel like we were discriminated against and our rights were violated. I will never go back again

Good location great staff room was clean

No coffee pot in room, halls were hot,elevator was hot, not the best neighborhood other then that room was clean didn't use kitchen or laundry

It checked out within 10 minutes of final being about to get checked in.

Friendly and helpful staff. I had an issue with my room I notified staff at the front and they resolved the issue same day no problem or attitude!

Terrible. Front desk is always closed. Ghetto & dirty

So this trip the room was dirty and the stove top was dirty and all the cabinets had like old dust or mild from what looked like water damage or something. It 3 trips up and down to my floor until they finally gave me a key that worked and t he hotel was booked so I couldnt switch rooms. The staff was friendly but the room was not clean

Basically a homeless shelter didn't stay there too scared someone was gonna break into my vehicle

Bring your own kitchen utensils and pots and pans.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. The rooms were decent and overall clean. However, there seems to be an issue with the toilets, mine would back up very easily, even with minimal use. I’m not sure if this was just my room or a more widespread problem. Aside from that, it was a nice stay overall.

Yes, very strong odor inside the hotel , very dirty inside, the vent inside rest room completely blook with dirt

Comfortable beds

The cleaners was horrible. It smelled like dogs and cigarette smoke reserve a king size bed got a full size when I got there I had to wait 30 minutes before someone came to the front desk. The sink was stopped up. The toilet was bagging up. The state was just completely a disaster. I hated to walk in the room and I have health issues that I try to explain to them, but there’s no refund it doesn’t look like the picture of the property that they’re representing online so my state was a complete disaster.

Front desk Staff is the best thing about the property. There’s no routine cleaning, it’s roaches, and an odor throughout the hotel except for the laundry area and front desk area

Very dirty toilet and the room has a bad odor. Horrible front desk manager and staff. I informed the staff about the dirty toilet and their response where” if don’t like It, I need to go somewhere else.” Very disrespectful short black lady with a foul mouth.

Nothing Hotel is terrible, bad is really hard, stings to tobacco, it seems that is falling apart, you can sleep better on the floor than this squeaky piece of shiet. It’s more like a homeless shelter than a hotel. We tried to get a refund but the manager is not her and the receptionist can’t process a refund he told me to leave and the manager will see if she can give us a refund when she comebacks Monday in other words good luck with that.
