This was just a one night stay en route to a race in Hout Bay - location is perfect. Amenities are exactly what you need. And with a panoramic view of the beach / bay it was so amazing to have a balcony and just watch the ocean.

We stay at this place every year for the Bay2Bay race and love it! It is probably the quietest packpackers in the world and you have the calmness that you want when you look out over the bay. See you next year!

The dorm was quite spacious with a nice balcony. There are two different kitchens for the guests to use and a nice public area with terrace. The location is great as it's directly at the beach / close to the harbor with multiple restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance. Also the staff is amazing. Always smiling and they really take their time to help you with any questions.

The location is excellent, not far from Hout Bay Beach and close to supermarkets. If you’re traveling by a car around Cape Town, it an affordable spot to base yourself
