Nothing. Owner and security were overly rude and disrespectful . You’re getting a bedroom where the owner sleeps in and they make you feel like they’re doing you a favor or gave you the place for free.

WiFi speed was 10mbs. Breakfast only served at 8, missed it as I had business meetings.

Our room 3 faced the gate and privacy was a little difficult . Had to always keep curtains drawn.

The stay was wonderful. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We requested twin beds and they had not been separated when we arrived but the staff quickly arranged to have the beds separated. Thank you All was great

We've returned her several times as it's very safe, the staff are very fiendly and welcome us warmly. It's close to Hout Bay beach and also to fabulous restaurants in the wine area. The breakfast is substantial and the fruit salad, the best ever. Nothing

The courteous nature of the staff The leaking outer awning leads to water going down the entrance to the room. Struggled during the rain storm. Bed was also too soft and mattress needed to be changed

The room was big enough, easy to accommodate all of us. I shared on the dietary request that I don’t eat Pork there was no provision made, upon asking about it the ladies gave me and my friends attitude, not willing to assist. The hostess and rest of the staff were not friendly. The cleaner, opened and walked in our room without knocking or even trying to check if we are inside. Breakfast was horrible, cold and not enough options.

This was the most perfect getaway place to be in. The staff?? If I could give 20 stars I would give it for Banda! He was amazing, I’ve never seen anyone go out of his way to make people he doesn’t know feel comfortable. Amazing and may Gos bless him??
