All modern rooms have ocean or mountain views, and the property has free Wi-Fi throughout. The bright and elegant, spacious rooms at CUBE Guest House feature large windows and wooden flooring. Taku and his wife were incredible: wonderfully polite, helpful and friendly. Great, personalised breakfast service. Room had good views. The common areas of the house are beautiful. Property is not great value. For this price, there are cheaper hotels in the area and around Cape Town with far more facilities - even after accounting for the December peak period. The guest house cannot compete with a 5/4star hotel and is missing important comforts: water gets cold after 9pm, limited privacy in the rooms (doors are thin, rooms are on top of each other, common areas look into the room), linen and towels are dated for a top rated accommodation. With a few niceties and a better matched rate given the facilities, the place has huge potential to improve their ratings.

Nothing. The pictures looks different than what it is . Small bedroom. Very difficult to get UBER and far from beach as well location is also not that great It’s far from city. I paid very high considering it’s 4/5 star facility but it’s not value for money we can get better option with that money in Camps Bay. I don’t know what Booking .com promoting this high prices apartments. Where as there are better options with better facilities and value for money. I canceled my stay as well

Best stay in Capetown with a beautiful view and amazing breakfast. Special thanks to the amazing host Taco and his lovely family. They are so warm and helpful it was truly a pleasure to stay there. We will never forget them <3 We fell in love with Houtbay!

Friendly staff. Rooms spacious. Cleanliness Not having hot water for one day and not much variety in breakfast, I. E. Option for an Omlette, Different cereals, etc.. Not much variety in TV channels

Our host George was very good he did his best to make our stay comfortable we thank you a lot. Our room was the outside one it gets cold during load shedding...we had to go to the main house for fire place it was nice and warm
