The staff was great, I like the bar downstairs. The room was not very comfortable, and it was impossible to find parking - it caused me and my partner a lot of stress to find a safe parking spot in the dark and the heavy rain. I was told that the parking lot was full because many locals came to the bar for dinner. There should be some thought given to reserve spots for hotel guests. Also, there is a hotel right beside them with a very similar name - I know I can't have been the first to confuse them and go to the wrong one. When you have heavy bags to transfer from the car to the room both of the last two issues are considerable problems.

New to Santander ferry. The hotel needed to be refurbished .

Hoznayo was a brief stop on a journey to Portugal. Parking outside was easy, no issue that we arrived just past midnight. Check in easy, comfy bed and adequate shower. Would happily stay again

Personel does the Best they can. Windows stright to the bar and street lights. Tighty bathroom.

Everything.Very quiet even though hotel restaurant etc was very busy as Christmas holiday, we could not hear it upstairs .We had a dog so didn't use the restaurant etc. When I asked if there was a disabled toilet available on site, I was told there wasn't . There was what appeared to be a large patch of mould at the top of the tiling over the shower.

Nice clean hotel, good size room. Used as a one night stop over before sailing from Santander Only resteraunt for hot meal closed when we got there cafe part open but just cakes and pastries
