Good location near Hrensko, well maintained resort area with a decent restaurant for dining. if you are a hiking enthusiast, then the start of walking trail is just around the corner. Room size, layout of room ( less room widths). Compact kitchen.

The rooms was small but nice and modern and the bathroom was nice and spacious. Breakfast consisted of yoghurts, breads, sausage, eggs and fruit. You could also chose from different juices. The restaurant was not great. The food was very salty and overall not impressive. The showerhead kept fallung from its holder and the one window didnt have a curtain and the curtain on the other one didnt do much to stop the light

Location Need to have a bugs net for all the windows. A very basic breakfast expected from 4 start hotel. Hard to communicate ( the stuff can’t understand or speak English ). No communication facilities in the room to communicate with front desk .

Clean, nicely decorated property, spacious rooms and really good breakfast. Staff (I forget her name) that welcomed us late on May 8 was very friendly. Nothing except can’t wait for the planned addition to be complete.

    Wifi signal is very poor.

Daniel was so helpful and friendly. And breakfast was wonderful!

Stayed with a group of people and there was something missing from every room, like one had a kettle but other did not. When asked the staff about this, we’re told it would be fixed but nothing happened. It seems like going in off season is just the bare basics.

Very clean and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen. The staff is courteous and responds to the needs of the guest. The location is excellent *if there is transportation*. Very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend

It has no elevator, we had difficulty carring a heavy suitcase to the third floor. The room is very smaii.

Located in the park was nice. No thick curtains to block light in the morning, And unclear at booking which rooms allow dogs and which don’t. The staff did re-book us in another set of rooms, but it was more expensive than I thought it should have been.

The place is great. Cozy room, clean, small, but you have everything what you need, even radio in the bathroom! :) Staff is nice, and the breakfast is delicious. Not enough places for parking ?️

The location was Beautiful and a great distance from the National Park. The cabins had no air conditioning, and the bed felt like a rock. They did provide a floor fan, which was nice, but when it’s 90° outside, that doesn’t help much. The windows could open, but without screens, the number of bugs that came in was crazy. The cabin was clean, but the layout was not great. The shower head was broken and held together with tape. I also want to mention that the national park is beautiful, but it doesn’t compare to an American national park in terms of setup; the signage and maps were very confusing. In 2022, this area experienced a significant wildfire, so it doesn’t look like the pictures we see online. Getting to Edmonds Gorge is nearly impossible due to the fires; they only sell 50 tickets a day, and you have to go to the information center in town by 7:30 am to get them. The number of people was overwhelming; it felt like visiting Yellowstone National Park in the US, with thousands of tourists everywhere. If you’re looking to escape and enjoy nature, this isn’t the place for you. My husband and I could only get away from the crowds on the trail called “Red Trail.

Clean rooms, good location, free parking, welcoming drinks, very good breakfast ?

New modren & clean room. There's a music in the shower which is unique.the receptionist is very friendly and helpful.nice free parking. The staff forgot to put towels so we needed to dry ourselves with toilets papers- this is really basic need which you expect from a hotel(and is also described is the room characteristics) so when you do not have it -ir is really damaging your comfortably and experience. we ask for help with this issue but after 8 pm there is no one at the reception. we sent a message to the hotel and my wife went to the reception but no one was ther and we got towels only at 8 am, 12 hours after we needed it so it didn't helped us that much.there is no elevator at the hotel.the room is very small so you need to put your luggage on the floor and forced to skip it to get to the shower .

    Superb

    Very good

Location, room with kitchenette, bathroom, view, staff, all I would suggest a small highest table in the room. This one is very low and difficult to use. All the rest is perfect

Location was excellent and breakfast good

Cool hotel with rooms located in the main building and in separate and cute cabins. Comfortable and well equipped and good breakfast with friendly staff. The price is incredibly good. The room had a few quirks. The showerhead was lose and therefore easily fell of the handle. This had happened many times before evidently, as seen from the damage to the showertub. Also the room didnt have central heating so you have to plug in the electric heating, which works excellent by the way. On of the trials leading from the hotel is closes, so you might need to take a little drive before you start your hike. I still recommend it though!
