Aleenta Hua Hin - Pranburi

We are very disappointed, as the accommodation does not match the information and images used in the advertise The hotel manager failed in handling our complaints and her reaction was cold and not willing to help at the beginning. However, the hotel managed to upgrade the room on the 2nd night with some special treats ie spa,dinner,etc Moreover,the condition of the resort is quite run down. No shower cap, no kleenex. Loud noise from air con. Restaurant's toilet not well cleaned and no toilet paper!!

Very well maintained villa. Clean swimming pool. Comfortable beds Villa stairs are external. King Bed requires side tables. Garbage bins in each room recommended.

Beachfront

The hotel personnel were fantastic - friendly, helpful and very professional. The high quality service and attention to detail was exemplified by Namkhing (I hope I am spelling her name correctly) - she was gracious, knowledgeable and willing to provide advice and suggestions. We stayed in the Villa 'White House' that easily accommodated our group of seven. It was roomy and allowed for privacy - it was truly a 'home away from home'!! Aleenta Hua Hin's restaurant definitely deserves its one star Michelin rating!!! The meal options for lunch and dinner were varied and excellent - there were so many different cuisines to choose from - bravo!. The food was sublime so a big applause for the chefs and special thanks to the waiters/waitresses who served us. I should also add that breakfast was another highlight. Needless to say, we have fond memories to begin 2026... Nothing to add - My husband, friends and I totally enjoyed our stay.

Aleenta is an exceptional small boutique property that excels in location, and incredible customer service. It would be impossible to think of how our stay could have been better. The staff and managemnt thought about all of our needs before we thought about it! Incredible experience.....15 out of 10!

… The guest experience was designed 20 years ago and never dusted off. The Hidden Gems… are really hidden Bicycles were in a very poor condition. I was told: “But it’s complimentary!”. That’s a slippery slope when complementary means cheap and poor quality

I recently celebrated my daughter’s first birthday at Aleena Resort in Pranburi, Thailand, and I can’t express how wonderful our experience was. The resort truly went above and beyond to make this day special, and I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team. A special mention goes to Namkhing from the hotel staff. She made sure our celebration was absolutely perfect, from organizing a beautiful beachside setup for my daughter’s cake-cutting to arranging a professional photographer to capture those precious memories. Namkhing also kept my daughter entertained throughout the celebration, making the day even more special. I truly can’t thank her enough for her kindness and attention to detail. The resort itself is stunning – the location is beautiful, the hospitality is exceptional, and the service is top-notch. The team takes care of every little detail, ensuring that guests are always comfortable and well taken care of. They also offer great activities around Pranburi, and they go out of their way to arrange transportation, snacks, and everything needed to make the experience seamless and enjoyable. Our daughter’s first birthday was truly unforgettable, and it’s all thanks to the fantastic team at Aleena Resort. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway with extraordinary service and a beautiful setting.

Pool was closed since 7pm and we could not use it. Tiny bar pool water was pretty dirty. We had half board, the choice for having a healthy mean was poor, but okay for 2 days before you run out of choice.

The staff was always helpful and worked hard to assist with any requests or concerns. The breakfast was delicious and the croissants were the best we had in our 3 week stay in Thailand. We had booked two beachfront rooms with pool access but one of the rooms we were given was a second story room, above the others and definitely did not have the pool access view or connected feeling. Definitely would suggest to others to make sure to request a lower floor pool access room when booking.

The hotel didn't have a proper parking & lobby.

Were offered a room upgrade for a reasonable price which we were delighted to take advantage of! All good really
