The room was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Both dinner and breakfast were enjoyable, with a good selection of food and excellent service. There was a slight inconvenience when requesting a tax invoice, but the issue was resolved satisfactorily.

Very spacious villa with much privacy directly at the quiet beach. Staf did theiir upmost to make us comfortable. Wonderfully breakfast served in our villa and a seafood diner on the beach right in front of our villa. When we arrived the villa was not completely ready for us even though we had a late checkin.

Great hotel right on the beach! Room was fantastic, we had a deluxe courtyard which had two balconies and a roof terrace for you to sit out and sunbath on, a super comfortable big bed a 2 person whirlpool bath and a brilliant outdoor rain shower with some of the best water pressure we’ve ever come across… the breakfast was good you could load up on the usual toast, cereal, pastries, cold meats, juice etc and you got to choose from something from the breakfast à la carte menu too. The food on the whole was pretty good although the portion sizes were a little on the small side for the price they were charging, there was a great restaurant over the road that did some really good thai food and some epic pizzas. Would I stay again? Yes I would, was a great lazy week right on the beach! Unfortunately like others have said it is starting to look a little tired in places, some of the outdoor cushions are getting a little thread bare and a lot of the woodwork needs sanding down and re varnishing. The chairs around the pool were brutally uncomfortable and The Shisha and cigar lounge looked like it hadn’t been used in years, covered in dust and I didn’t see a single guest in there in the whole week. I wouldn’t let this stop me from staying again but just bare it in mind. The food was good but small portions and the cocktails really do need some work, for a 5* hotel the cocktails should really be better. The service was a little hit and miss, had to repeatedly phone to get the turndown service done and had to wait 90 mins for a portion of French fries at the pool, and god help you getting a teaspoon with your morning brew! now while admittedly these are little irritations it’s something a 5* hotel should really be getting right all the time.

Friendly staff and excellent service. We were given an upgrade due to a wedding party taking over part of the resort. Pool villa was beautiful, well equipped with super comfy bed. Hamman spa was amazing, great massage and overall Hamman experience. We ate on the evening in the restaurant - food OK but would probably eat out if we go again. Breakfast was a buffet style one but limited vegetarian hot option e.g just eggs. Aircon was also very noisy in the bedroom of the pool villa.

We prefer the bed location, not to the front of TV. It was inconvenient to go around the bed. PC 3. The light in shower room is a bit dark, which should be more lights.

Was looking for a hidden gem, but found a paradise instead. In the backyard of the villa, there was a sandy beach with palm trees and no tourists around. With not so many people it felt almost like a private experience. Waking up to the sound of ocean and birds. <3 Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, as well as lunch and dinner options. Nice drinks available and the infinity pool was very nice and relaxing too. Not to mention the pool at our villa - perfect relaxation. We will be back.

Location and decoration. The items in the room are quite old, the old Jacuzzi and shower doesn't work well, and the room is quite dark, not enough light.
