Excellent find. Friendly reception and easy to find. Good size room and very comfortable, great ac and wifi. Location is excellent and within easy walking distance of beach, malls, restaurants No complaints

Staff was very friendly and the rooms are fairly comfortable. Right next to the beach and walking distance to two malls. They usually have bananas in the morning. There is a slight ant problem but if you keep your food sealed and clean, it is not an issue. The beds are hard which, I do not mind but some might not like the hardness.

Location was near beach and nice. Room was. Lean Bed was hard as a rock. One of the reception staff was quite rude.

I loved all the people working there. They made this a 10/10 experience, especially the kind cleaning ladies.

Really nice staff and gave me good suggestions for activities. Separate kitchen area with plug in sink so it was possible to wash clothes. 2 bottles of water every day and always fresh fruit and cookies available. They even gave me a gift when I checked out after only 3 nights (see pucture). The sink had a slow drip and a very noisy fan in the bathroom. Not a nice view from the balcony.

Very friendly owners. Helped with everything. Nice clean rooms in a quiet area. A very good restaurant nearby. Close to the beach; Hard to find, not easy without a bike.

Very quiet area, clean large rooms, comfy beds, and a 2 minute walk to beach; 15 minute stroll to Market Mall or Bluport Mall. Bathrooms are outdated, but functional.

It was very close to the beach. There was a cafe next door with very good food, inexpensive. The hotel was small and cozy. Staff were not English speakers but friendly and helpful. A little hard to find, initially. Maybe the sign had fallen down.

Quiet and near the beach. Comfortable rooms and a good value. Staff were friendly and responsive. Small family restaurant next door good and convenient. Being picky here but the road fronting the property floods when it rains and could be an hour or more following the rain before you can get out.

Had a view of the water. Surrounded by beautiful tropical trees and bushes. Staff was very friendly There were ants everywhere. On the bed at times. The property is a bit set back from the main road and taxis have a difficult time getting back there and out.

Everything was superb as usual. Third time coming this hotel. Our favorite in Hua Hin if you have pets. N/A
