We are not happy from first impression,from beginning.from first call but no response from receptionist The place is farther than walking from Villa Market Department we were start to walk to The hotel And my husband 73 years old can’t walk too far like 4-5klm.and Hotel staff charge for extra money for the room can see Sea view but not see clear it too far and blocked with jungle instead in front the small window.

The staff were really helpful as I had hurt my back, they organised a therapist to come to the hotel, got Mr a cheap taxi to the airport and had great chats every morning ? with the girls ? ? I loved the way the concrete floors kept the room so cool ,very boujie. I would definitely stay here again Absolutely nothing. I can't even think of one thing.

Nothing I liked about this accomodation Room and bathroom was very dirty , shower outlet was blocked and would not go down faucett and sink broken shower curtain had dirty mould on it Six out of nine light fittings not working Adjoining room doors not lockable someone tried to access my room at 1:30am No basic hotel management in place and maintenance had not been carried out in very long time

The beach decor of the room was nice. The reminder left a lot to be desired Advertised: Sea view. This was a lie. Staff were never available. Had to ring a mobile number if you wanted them. Booked for 4 nights. Only stayed 1. Very disappointed

It's style is quaint and endearing, it's very quiet, except for occasional inconsiderate guests, the beds are soft and the beach and bar are so close. Inadequate street drainage after rains so unless you have a vehicle, you can't avoid wet shoes. Maintenance and attention to detail is required but I still find it charming.

Leaving! Concrete floors in rooms?rat or other animal poo up stairways.concrete hanging from the balcony and main building!bathroom window had a gap that you could put your hand through!air con blowing out hot air only?a dirt track leading to the 'squat'aka hotel?track was unaccesable after a bit of rain! Did not try the shower got up and left as soon as possible! Absolutely horrendous place!

Enclosed balcony/drawing room was very beautiful in the morning light. Excellent for for some photography. The parking situation is a mess. They simply do not have enough space. And its tricky to get in and out.

The beach just at the end of the road. Night staff very helpful when we ordered food and supplied us with cutlery and bowls . Swimming pool was green and never been cleaned for a long time. We booked because of the pool. Was told breakfast was from 8am until 10am on arrival and when showed up at 09.45am she said no and pointed at the sign which I never checked on arrival as I took her word that she had told us the correct times.

On arrival met by super friendly staff. The room had sea view Aircon . Outside you can walk to beach in 2 minutes restaurants every where. I would recommend to anyone staying in hua hin. And of course swimming pool on roof. You can see for miles. See you next year De pastel Small breakfast.

the property is good because it’s literally 1 minute to the beach. it’s old and not maintained well. Noisy at night because it’s near the highway. bed is comfy but the frame has creaking sound.
