NA I requested a ground floor room. The hotel has NO ground floor rooms. Unknown until I checked in. Very limited car parking

Big room with nice decoration. Suite was up 3 floors with no lift, right on a very noisy freeway without proper soundproofing. Having asked the hotel if I could with no charge, they said it was no problem and gave me written proof of this. However Booking.com weren't interested in seeing this, and proceeded in charging me the full stay at the hotel, stating that the hotel had later decided I couldn't cancel with no charge. I can't be sure at this point whether it was the hotel or Booking.com that is lying to me, or which party has taken payment.

Very nice room(after spending one night in a room without a window I was given a room with a beautiful view). So it’s a good idea to write to the hotel prior to book the one you want. Very kind stuff.

The hotel was very nice and clean. You don't find easily similar hotels to be clean, so it was very appreciated.The staff was very friendly. The only problem was that my room didn't have a window.

Clean, friendly staff and cat Euro. No elevator. Many stairs to climb. No hot water in bathroom or shower.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Very clean and great water pressure. Staff was lovely and housekeeping made sure that the water and amenities were restocked each day. My only complaint was that the hotel is located right on the busy road, so sleeping was difficult. I didn’t realize that from the map. The location in town was convenient for shopping and restaurants, but the busy highway was very noisy and difficult to cross. There is a pedestrian bridge, but it’s a few blocks away.

This is Not a 3 star Hotel with Spa - the entrance to the reception was filthy firstly having a cat walking and lying on the reception desk , the lobby toilets were dirty . No lifts and steps leading up to the rooms were not clean . The TV did not work , the staff were looking Un hygienic. We checked out within 1 Hour after checking in

Lovely, spacious room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close by very good restaurants, and transportation to and from Bangkok. It does take a little while to walk to the beach.
