Prinz Garden Villa Hua Hin

We like the staff and the common areas were nice. Bed was comfortable. Room is large. The bathrooms are out dated. The toilet seat slipped. The faucet in sink was terrible….spit water. No shower holder, lots of water stains and chipped counters. Let’s of mosquitoes. The screens need replacing. There was a squished bug on lamp.

The location was what I was after since I had booked last minute within my budget. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh. The pool looked inviting but we didn’t use it because of mosqies. Our room was large and was very clean, facing the pool. There were lots of mosquitoes everywhere, there’s an electric swapper for them in the room. The bathroom can use an upgrade.

This is a great hotel within walking distance of many bars and places to eat, the hotel is very clean and modern. The pool is perfect for relaxing in. The breakfasts is amazing and a good choice. The beds are very comfy. Overall 10/10. We have stayed there 3 times...

The atmosphere was great. Calm ; fresh ; helpful staff and centrally located. The room has all the facility we needed ; fridge , microwave; water boiler. We had a 2 room and it was great . The balcony was facing the pool, big garden with trees and plants …very fresh. There is nothing I did not like as such as it was a great stay and I’ll choose again this property if I have to.The only thing I could say that may be a bit improved is the breakfast. the staff were fantastic and all is cooked freshly on order such as omelette , eggs or kraton; there is also a good choice of fruits and cakes. A few sausage , a bit of cold cut would be great.

rooms were spacious and cleaned regularly they laid out personal items left on the bed so nicely staff were so friendly they had over night security who kept watch the pool was a lovely depth for our shortest 4ft 11in and tallest 5ft 11in location was perfect for us about a 3 minute walk to the main street

The hotel is generally fine, but the lack of maintenance makes it feel worn and outdated. We specified during our booking that we were 5 people and were given the option to book a family room through Booking.com, which the hotel accepted and confirmed. However, my mother, who is Thai, had to discuss with the staff after our arrival about receiving an extra pillow and towel (younger man and older woman), as the room was only set up for 4 people. When I spoke with the staff myself, the tone was different since I don’t look Thai. Otherwise, the rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming. One day, the pool water smelled bad because they hadn’t cleaned the drains.

The staff are amazing every single one of them, nothing is to much trouble the breakfast is cooked and served perfectly with a smile but a little limited choice which will be down to owner not staff because they are all brilliant especially Venus x The cascading waterfall by the pool is so noisy the water flow needs turning down to a trickle

A beautiful small hotel with a great pool. All Ok

Good location close to restaurants, beach and shopping centre. The apartment was spacious. Too many mosquitoes, they were everywhere. In the lift, in the apartment and the walkway to the apartment from the lift. The lady took us up to our room and we met with a swarm of mosquitoes, she had to quickly close the door after letting herself in. I am allergic to mosquito bites and I told the staff, but he was unwilling to spray or do anything about it because of the other guests who were staying there. But to be honest there weren’t many other guests there, at breakfast there were only 2 other tables apart from us. Whilst staying at the hotel we didn’t see anybody else walking around or anything. Despite the hotel saying they were fully booked and we had booked the last available room…

Breakfast was really good. Choice of hot and cold foods, Thai foods or English breakfast. Good coffee.

Large comfortable bedrooms, and a great swimming pool. It was out of town so there are very little places to eat nearby. The hotel operate a free shuttle which is great but it only operates every two hours.

Very clean apartment and staff were the best off all the other stays I had in Hau Hin? Pretty average breakfast but I don’t mind finding another place for breakfast outside.

The location and staff are excellent - will definitely stay there again. Probably too many mosquitos due to unusual raining.
