Location is fantastic for touring the area. Restaurant on roof is excellent.

Comfortable, clean place. I stayed there for two nights and the second night was perfectly silent, but the first night three floors up is the restaurant and apparently they had some kind of event and it was hard to sleep because the walls are thin. To their credit immediately after I asked for them to try to keep it down, there was no more revelry at 1:40. For me this place was a bit expensive and I would hope that the walls would be more soundproof.

Highly recommended. The room was super clean and comfortable, and the hotel location is perfect. It also has a restaurant on the rooftop which is awesome, the food was delicious and the view was great. I’m more than happy with my stay. I liked everything about this place.

Only "issue" was not related to the actual hotel--there was a lot of noise outside-- a busy street with dogs, cars, construction, but otherwise great!!!! See above:)

The room was spacious and comfortable. Shower had hot water and the air conditioner produced very cold air. The location was a couple blocks from the square so noise was not an issue. The roof top Resturant was fabulous. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Nothing, I couldn’t have desired anymore.

Room was nice and clean! The Airconditioning was superior! Beds and pillows were perfect! The restaurant was also very nice and had a great view and atmosphere from the rooftop! ?

hotel limpio, hospitalario, recomendable

It can be a little noisy at night as there are bars and restaurants close by but easily solved with ear plugs. Could’ve used a safe but there’s 24 hour reception so it’s a safe place.

Nice location and wonderful rooftop restaurant with the most amazing food - especially the stuffed french toast!
-
Room had 2 chairs which is unusual in most hotels in Mexico. Had a beautiful large balcony. Restaurant available on top floor No swimming pool

We started staying here when the Hotel first opened. The wonderful staff at the reception area to the housekeeping personnel have always been attentive and professional. Even after many years of being open the Hotel Nonni has always retained high standards. I attribute that to it being family owned and operated. Some of the bars in the neighborhood can be lowed, however, nothing that is outrageous.

Restaurant was wonderful with great view. Location was perfect for wandering. Felt very comfortable.

It was very clean. The staff were friendly. It had a water cooler in the lobby. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant had good food. It was a pleasant experience and we felt safe there. Our room was rather small and we were given a room right behind the front desk and staff area which could be very loud with staff coming and going and people entering the hotel.

Rooms were well appointed and a good value. Restaurant is popular with locals. Appears to be in the process of updating rooms and facilities. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Elevator takes you to the rooftop restaurant. Close to zocalo and popular Terra Cotta restaurant. Bar across the street was very loud one night but that was not the hotel’s fault. Check in isn’t until 3 PM but Booking.com has it listed at 1 PM. Rooftop restaurant closed on Wednesdays.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, and the rooftop restaurant and bar was amazing (one of the reasons we chose Hotel Nonni). We had drinks in the evening, and then breakfast in the morning was exceptional! Our room was very modest - which was expected - but the bed was very comfortable. We were on the ground floor next to the checkin desk so could hear the front desk conversations.

The location was in walking distance to everything. We were about 15 mins to both grocery stores Sorianna and Chedraui Everyday we either walked to santa cruz beach or Chahue beach , about a 20 min walk from the hotel. The rooftop restaurant was superb and delicious. We found are way around very easily and felt safe at nite time. Nite time was quiet . Found the beds to be very comfortable even though they are only double beds. Would recommend this hotel.. n/a

Perfect location; just a couple of blocks from the Zocalo. The staff was great and the place was super clean. The Hotel looked fairly "new" and everything (AC, shower, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.) was in good working order in my room. There is nothing I did not like but I can see for people looking for quiet, it's probably not their best option. Although having a rooftop resto/bar is very convenient (the food is good and decently priced) it is noisy if your room is located on the floor below. Just ask for a room on the second floor like I did. Also, having another bar just across the street that plays loud music pretty late doesn't help...

Not a quiet area on a Saturday night!

Beds and pillows are great. No glasses or cups even when we requested them. One bottle of water to split between the two of us and the afternoon hostess seemed to treat us like she was doing us a favor by giving us another bottle, while pointing to the machine that we could fill up the bottle with.
