The location is great near Parque Central. Lots of places to eat and easy to get a taxi. For a basic accommodation it has some nice touches like a comfortable bed and artwork on the walls. It can get loud at night as it’s right downtown. Bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise.

Can be loud at night from street noise but only on holidays due to celebrations around the square

The accesibilities and the closeness to everything, I mean everything It’s dirty and beds are so small and uncomfortable

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped me check-in late and rebook my reservation when I had to change my travel plans. Staff promptly helped me call cabs and navigate Huatulco. The location of Shaguiba is also excellent, right by Huatulco's main square. The building facilities are quite old. It is not very accessible, as you need to take stairs and there are no elevators - this was not an issue for me, but could be for others. The bathroom, while clean, was old and the toilet seat was missing, which was uncomfortable, though manageable.

Left after 2 days, booked for 10. No refund, charged me extra when arrived for dog though it says pets welcome and pet friendly, sheets were dirty they made a huge deal about it and finally gave me a new set but they were twin set and the bed was a king.

Location . The cleaning lady was Very kind, friendly and helpful. A number of times the security gate was left unlocked. We mentioned this to reception, she told us it wasn't a problem.. every time we went to speak with her, she was chatting on the phone.no hot water except for our last day. Mold in the bathroom.

very centric there is a bar in front with loud music all night, very difficult to fall asleep

The location was great and the room was clean.. When I checked in the room rate was approximately 1,000 pesos more for the week..

Room was small and simple but clean. We’re in an upper room without wifi but we’re switched to one with better signal from router without issue. Liked that it was close to the zocalo and restaurants. Good place to land for a few days while getting a feel for the town.

The location is great just by the Zocalo. The room had AC so we could refresh from the heat. The staff were kind enough to keep our belongings after we checked out. The room that faced the street was very noisy and hot.

It's very nice place right close to the main square of the town, and 10 minutes by walk from ADO bus station. There are nice restaurants and cafes nearby and also not far away from the port and main beach, although it's better to take cab for the nicest beaches.

Excellent location very friendly and helpful staff. You can't beat the location either. Very convenient. And the rate is outstanding. Window would not shut in bathroom making it very noisy.

close to center no toilet seat. terrible water pressure. loud.. no window in bathroom so street noise comes in. not very clean floor baseboards
