Great location. Really good breakfast. We booked two King Rooms and were only allowed rooms with two matrimonial beds.

The tiki/tropical vibe was lovely. Pool was great, breakfast was decent. Staffed were friendly. Ability to rent scooters or book a tour at front desk was convenient. It’s right behind the grocery store, which for us having a kitchen suite was perfect! 5 minute walk to the beach. The fan was very loud, as was the outflow of others AC units coming from the bathroom window. Bed was a bit too firm, but that just personal preference. The menu in the restaurant was uninspired and the food was just okay.

The buffet breakfast was quite good, and we looked forward to it each morning (kind of 'second breakfast' for us) during our stay. Also very much appreciated the gym on the third floor - Cheers!

Many time repeat visitor here. The hotel is constantly improving, the restaurant is great but the staff is what makes it the best! Dog friendly!! Nothing, perfect.

The pool seemed nice but I didn't go in this visit. The bar looked fun as well. I only had one meal at the restaurant. The proximity to Playa Chahue was great. Being charged to fill up my ice. It would have been nice to know there was only one free fill up. My trusting of the clay filtered water -- pretty sure it got to my stomach but who knows. The people working outside my room made it feel like I couldn't have my window open while working. Breakfast wasn't included. It would have been nice if they had fresh butter and syrup instead of individually packaged ones.

I booked a room completely different than what was given to us on arrival. We booked a kitchen pool view king suit.. Got a tiny queen with no kitchen in the beginning. A quick chat with the front desk and it was sorted. Still wasn't what we booked but made the best of it with the kitchenette and full size fridge not a mini.

I was charged twice for the room and the staff was incompetent.

Food and service was excellent. It was a little noisy some mornings with repairs being made. They should have waited until afternoon to start.
