The location was really good and the restaurant staff was really really nice, in particular Fernando and Antonio. The food of the restaurant was also really good and quite cheap. Before arriving it was difficult to get in touch to be sure that a cot will be disponible in our room for our baby.

This hotel was situated in the perfect position to explore. The best part for me were two exceptional staff members Leonel and Karla from reception that came to my rescue when my flight was postponed by 4 days. Using google translate and pure determination on thru part they were able to put in touch with the airline and look at alternative airports. I cannot thank them enough. Their help and support during a very stressful time allowed me to continue my holiday. It was a very busy weekend and as such the pool seemed a little cloudy and could have done with more cleaning.

Very noisy people in courtyard after 10 pm. Some guests were VERY loud until at least 1 am .Nothing was said to quell the noise.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, easy to get to the town square or any of the local beaches. The price was outstanding and the service too! I would highly recommend it. Everything was great.

cheap no elevators, had to carry my luggage up 3 floors. property not that clean.

Tile floors in public spaces were often wet-from guest use of the pool or from cleaning, so the floors (including steep stairs) were often dangerously slippery. Parking access is on a very busy corner, & is hard to get in or out safely. No elevator.
