Good location They were working at night. I was noisy

Excellent location, super clean, nice pool, the staff is very nice and helpful, good parking space, i really liked the size of the rooms. The hotel receives tour busses, and that could be a bit uncomfortable because of the noise and the overcrowded pool.

Location was good and seemed to be clean Couple things like hot tub and convince store were listed but not actually there. Towels were brought much later so had to wait to take a shower until who knows when

We had a couple of problems and they took care of it fairly fast. Every day in the two pools, from between 5-6 until around 10:30pm there was too many kids to count and we could hear them all screaming (I mean actually screaming) and yelling like they were in our room. We were 2 doors from pools. After a week of that they moved us to a room farther away, we could still hear them, but not like they were in our room.

The room was clean, staff was friendly. There is big super market close to hotel. You can regulate only fan, but air coditioning you cannot regulate. There were just beds and table, nothing else, not even a chair or cup. There are not many restaurants or cafes around, the hotel is in between beach and central area. Moreover, I saw a cockroach in the room.

Clean. A/C work well. Close to Crucecita and the beach. Right in the middle of the both. It’s a bit expensive for what is it. Very noisy. Children always play and shouting in the pool. The window face to the inside of the hotel. Oh n google, the hotel said they have a spa. It’s not true.

it was located perfectly for the places I needed like grocery store, movie, spa and beaches. I liked the noise leave did quiet down at night so I could sleep in peace.

very comfortable beds. good pools and great location. good wifi. In the evenings it is very noisy & it’s impossible to use the pools as it is FULL of people who come in coach loads. not a problem now and again but it was every single night. we previously stayed here 2 years ago and it was same then so imagine this is a common occurrence. don’t stay here if you like peace and quiet.

very nice staff no elevator. my knee was injured so it was difficult to go up & down the stairs. Omar carried our heavy bag for us.

Friendly staff, central located Beds need an updated !! also you only get one towel and they have rules about no noise after 10pm at the pool area !! Not inforce !! it was very loud every morning and every night we had our 4month old baby and he keep on waking up every time someone scream! It felt like staying at the vecindad del Chavo ! I guess you get what you pay for referring to the type of guest ! Other then that we love how central it is and how clean it is !

We had a pleasant stay. It can get a bit noisy. Rooms are very close to eathother. It is sort of an upgraded 'motel'.
