I like staying here the guy is very nice always accommodating but the lady is very rude I had a bad experience with her every day I was told I was going to have to change to a single when I clearly paid for a double she swore I didn't. The when she saw I did no apology. The next day I asked for made service and nothing the next morning I was woken up by her I told her I asked for service the day before I was trying to sleep in and she ruined it. I exchanged towels she told me the towel was dirty don't clean shoes with it no ma'am I wiped my feet from the dirty floors that I asked to be cleaned I stayed a total of 5 days I never received maid service she told me the weekend was too busy that's why she didn't do it. Check out day I saw her that morning around 8:30 she said check out I said yes at 11. So at 10:40 she is banging on the door saying time to check out I told her yes at 11 it's not 11. She made my stay unpleasant I should never have had that many encounters with her period.

Really not much to like The price for a 2 star hotel at a 5 star price. Over $400 for one week was ridiculous then arrive at property to check in and they want another $100 pet deposit, they did refund the deposit upon check out but that information needs to be disclosed upfront not back stage. They are not ADA Compliant no grab bars in the bathroom and slip mats need to be placed in the tub my wife fell taking a shower and injured her ankel I almost fell a couple of times myself taking a shower. The beds have never been replaced they are hard and stink the comforter on the bed is from the 80s so one can only imagine. Very noisy 1960 traffic and the maids are very loud disrespectful and down right rude. But if you want to spend 5 star money on 2 star accommodations it's the place to be, shop around there are better values and much nicer properties.

I didn’t get a room and I haven’t got my refund yet What I don’t like is booking.com saying red roof has rooms but going to the place they said they are all out of rooms. And the front desk was rude for no reason.

The room was quite nice I'm so was the pet policy... Location perfect The staff could be friendlier more customer service oriented..... That said I owe the woman working the late night desk apology...ok.... I reacted in a way I don't like to react when she didn't wake me up at 4:00 for my flight and almost missed it..... They can tighten up but I want to apologize for my reaction.... The World shouldn't be able to get to me like that ?❤️

The stained curtains, big roaches, bedding had previous cigarette burns, bed was hard and old, all pillows were sooo flat, What pillow.. they do not accept cash app or chime at the window.

The manager was TERRIBLE. I cannot believe this is the type of managers that tall be choosing. I’m NEVER staying here ever again and I will tell all of my friends and family to never stay here. The manager was terribly rude and unprofessional!

Made us stay outside for 11 hours before we could check in, they cancelled my reservation and blamed it on hotel com it took 4 hours on the phone with hotels.com to get our reservation honored

Everything was great...as a matter of fact I'm getting ready to book a stay now for tonight and tomorrow night at Red Roof Inn on Highway 45 in Houston Texas Spring Texas
