Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Humble

They have done away with the pools and amenities. No where to relax outside. One small bench outside the front door. No sitting in the lobby/sitting area outside. All chairs are put up on the tables. Not a comfortable stay for relaxing. Only good for business stay where you stay in your room.

In a few years when you're wondering why all your loyal customers abandoned you, please note this review. If I wanted to have to chase my own towels, take out my own trash, and clean my own facilities, I would book a house and have some closet space, a kitchen, and privacy. Staying for five nights and having the room serviced ONCE is a disgrace. Two washcloths and four towels for a room that sleeps four guests, and reusing them for three days is disgusting. Even when they serviced my room, the one time, they didn't vacuum.

They’re currently going through a upgrade remodel. The first floor is completely done, which is where we stayed. It is a great economical hotel. That’s clean with a decent breakfast near the interstate shopping. Very quiet area definitely would stay again when visiting family.

Offered room service delivered. Room service called my room but was on hold and then line disconnected. I never got the food and after waiting almost 2 hours ordered through Uber Eats. I tried contacting them several times online with no phone number to call with no reply to my messages.

Wouldn’t stay again based off the rude employee on work on April 3rd at 9pm and the disappointing level of cleanliness in both rooms I was placed in.

When I arrived, the property felt like an active construction zone. There was construction happening on our floor, with noticeable debris and an overall unclean atmosphere. It did not feel welcoming or properly maintained. My room’s TV did not work for two full days before it was finally repaired. One friend staying across the hall had her toilet overflow, and it could not be fixed during her stay — she was told to use a restroom on the first floor even though we were on the second. Another friend on the third floor discovered mold in her room and had to leave the hotel entirely. A fourth friend also wanted to leave due to a strong, unpleasant smell in her room. My three friends who booked directly through Marriott were able to relocate to another Marriott property. Unfortunately, because I booked through Expedia, I was not given the same flexibility and felt stuck in unacceptable conditions. This experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards I associate with Marriott. Cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort should never fall this short.

SanTovia was at the front desk she was as sweet as can be. She was able to help me out with my stay.

They were under renovation when I was there. The waffle maker didn't work and I always look forward to that when I stay there. Otherwise, the room was clean and the stay was cool
