I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's extremely noisy and inconvenient located.The price of the rooms are ridiculous for the terrible service I encountered. I had to change rooms multiple times and was even sent to a room already occupied by another guest. Their rooms have mold and the TVs don't work properly. I wasn't even able to watch any channels on the TV and had to use my laptop and HDMI cable to watch my shows. The housekeeping staff is exceptionally rude. They don't actually clean the rooms and get an attitude when you ask them to. I asked the front desk for a new pillow because the ones in the room were so flat that they were causing me physical pain, and the guy rolled his eyes at me. I was told to leave after reporting their behavior to my booking company. DON'T BOOK HERE!

From the moment we pulled up, the property looked sketchy. Unfortunately, it only got worse once I went inside the room. I specifically paid for a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke. When I tried turning on the light near the bathroom, it didn’t work, and when I walked into the bathroom, the toilet was absolutely disgusting. I left immediately and requested a refund, but the hotel refused. I had to contact Hotels.com, and after going back and forth with both the hotel and Hotels.com, I finally received a refund today. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. To make things even more concerning, the hotel changed its name from “Americas Inn & Suites” to “Crystal Inn & Suites” within just a few days, which is very suspicious. I would not trust this place at all.

The nice gentlemen made coffee for us even though they do not offer coffee so that was really kind :) It was the ONLY Motel we stayed where there was no coffee at all provided. Neither in the room nor in the lobby. That would be something to improve as I'd say almost everybody is happy about a cup of coffee after getting up.

This location used to be quite pleasant. However, my most recent visit was absolutely the worst. I pre-booked and paid so that my service Corgi would have no hiccup when we arrived. As we had car troubles and had been in the heat for most of the day. Im sure we appeared like some homeless bums but even still-The manager refused to accept my service dog even with the Service dog ID. Was attempting to charge my card for a $100 pet deposit that would be returned IF there werent any damages. Then, He had to call for permission from the owner which took a total of 45 mins after the uber dropped. An hour before check out-the power to the AC was turned off and when attempting to dial the office-no one answered. When I turned in the key and to get my receipt the lady said that she'd never heard of that and laughed in my face. Never again will I use this brand but especially this location

Clean and easy packing

Floors dirty actually felt oily. Stains on all towels, sheets. Chunks of something stuck on chairs. Just really dirty and run down. Security latch on door broken.

The room was clean. Staff was great.

The first room they put us in, we pulled back the sheets and it literally look terrible. Dark Stains and seemingly recent dried blood. We took footage to the desk and they switched room. However the towels and cloths remained in similar conditions throughout the stay. Old stained and recent things stuck on them. And the WiFi is “free” because it doesn’t work. It was conveniently close to food. Which was the up sit.
