Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Houston Intercontinental Airport East, TX

Honestly, we noticed more issues this time around. We noticed water stains on the ceiling of the room. The sink splashed everywhere. Hotel management knocked on doors looking for a weed smell. As well as a fire alarm going off at 3am the last day of our stay. I'm truly not one to complain, but this stay was truly one of the harder ones as we have small children.

Vehicle was stolen from parking lot.

I got the handicapped accessible room. First off the bathroom is not safe. Water leaks out of the shower causing the floor to be wet which can cause issues with slipping. The water also has leaked out into the carpet outside of the room making the room smell musty. The bed was very hard. Not enough pillows on the bed. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain well. Breakfast was okay. I’ve stayed at other country inns with better breakfast options. For the amount of money I paid I expected better. Will not stay here again.

Nice clean room and friendly staff

Our AC was broken, so I reported it, twice. Both times I was told they would try to Change our room or to come look at it, to “give me a minute” unfortunately, a minute never came.. So it was just a hot miserable night.

Travelocity owes me a $25 credit that I haven’t been able to get. I complained about my room door was jammed, I had to use my shoulders to get it open, also I reported air condition wasn’t working properly.

There were roaches and it was very uncomfortable and it had a bad smell in the room I even tried to change my room, but there was no one available

NOTHING , but the staff were nice and respectable . The rooms were atrocious. The first room had ripped up carpet, stains on the curtains, hair everywhere in the bathroom , no remote , light was out bad smell , broken door , and stains on the chairs and couches .

The staff was very rude. I got a room that was dirty crack wall. The picture had nothing to do with what they gave me old furniture. I had to request a transfer and they got upset because I requested a transfer. I do not recommend this place at all and I don’t travel that much. It was a bad experience.

Property is undergoing some renovations and this property was part of the Harvey flood years ago it needs some work but the staff is great the breakfast is excellent the hotel is kept extremely clean just don't expect five-star amenities and be prepared and it's a little bit run down but the people here are fantastic. And besides look at the price you're paying for it you're not going to get better than that I stayed in the king suite with a separate bedroom and it's fantastic

Out room was old and dingy. Our door was so hard to open and close. Some of our lights didn’t work and our TV was wobbly so we had to hold it up with a cup and the blocks were broke on the window so we couldn’t open the window to hear the rain, but the bed was super soft and the shower was clean.

Loud construction work on the property kept us awake. This location is independently owned and operated away from the original hotel name.

was for the indoor pool. The kids couldn’t even get it because it was freezing. We asked the person at the counter to turn the air off in the pool room but he refused. The room was okay but the couch ans chair were filthy.

The room was very clean and they were doing some remodels to update the property as well.
