The rooms are clean, comfortable, relaxing and more than enough space. Staff are welling to assist. Food and drinks are five star. Breakfast hours can fit you perfectly if you would like to sleep in a little later. Parking is an extra $10 a day but if you sign up for rewards program you are saving parking feee cost. My say at the Embassy was a 10.

Took my grandkids for an overnight. I used to bring their father when he was little and I used to come here with my family when I was little!! Had such a great time the kids didn't want to leave! Our room was sooo clean and the staff was super helpful...we swam in the pool and the breakfast was great! We will be back this winter!

This is the first time when I had a very terrible experience with my hotel reservation. The Embassy suite we booked looks great on their website but, my family and I had very bad experience the front desk young lady was not welcoming we arrived at the hotel at around 3:20 and when we tried to check in she said our room is not ready and I asked what time will it be ready she said she doesn’t know when, and she asked me to give her my name and phone number (while she has it on the system because I already told her my name and she saw my reservation on the system) to call me when it is ready and I wrote it down in a sticky note, and I went to the waiting area after about 30 minutes she came without the sticky note and again she asked for my name very poor customer service. While we are waiting I tried to use the restroom it was horrible smells bad . My kids were very upset the elevator is old and very slow our room is smells bad and the bathtub water is dripping the whole time. It was so frustrating and disgusting. The only good thing we enjoyed is the breakfast.

The room is very clean. The design is slightly outdated but it is still nice. Most of the amenities are nice and useful, except for the indoor pool. The indoor pool could have been cleaner and better taken care of. For the price it is good. The only problem I had was the fact that we had to pay for parking separately and it is not included in the hotel fee.

The carpet in my room left my socks filthy. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was great I feel that a legitimate maintenance manager is needed at this particular facility due to seeing a few damages that could cause injury or worse. The swimming pool for one was very murky and could use a real cleaning but the ladder n the pool was also broken as in a step was broken in half leaving a jagged half step that could potentially cause a serious injury. The floors in all 4 elevators had a sticky residue the entire time we were there as well as multiple what looked like cheeze it’s crushed into the carpet that took 2 days to get cleaned up. Finally, you may want to have someone look into the buildings electrical system since they are operating one of the worst systems the federal pacific stab-lok breaker system. Look it up if you don’t know already. Aside from these things, I noticed several other areas needing maintenance as well.

The staff was amazing. Breakfast happens to be the best I've had in all the hotels I've been to. The room was clean to a large extent, but the carpet, though not visibly dirty, was quite dirty as it reflected under our stockings, which were awfully black all the time. The carpet needs to be washed or something. Otherwise, its an amazing hotel to stay.

The heat in the room did not work. It was 61 degrees in the room. A total meat locker!

This was my first time staying at ANY Embassy Suites and this stay was AMAZING ! My mom and myself really enjoyed ourselves , we will be back !

The freshly made eggs and omelets were excellent. The premade scrambled eggs and sausage were not good. The room was comfortable. I also appreciated the water bottles at check in. Also appreciated the happy hour. The shower was weak, and the water ran hot, then cold, then hot again - not a pleasant shower.
