Everything was great

Manager at reception was exceptionally kind and helpful. We were travelling with my elderly mother who required an adjacent adapted room. Our connecting flight was delayed overnight but we were able to check right in the next morning upon arrival.

We registered for an accessible shower with Expedia and ended up with a bathtub with only one grab bar. The manager offered bathmats and a shower chair. We took the bathmats. One of us is 85 and recovering from a shattered femur. The other one of us is 75 either two spinal fusions. At first glance the room is very clean. The carpet, however, is actually filthy and turned two pairs of my socks black on the bottoms. I had to throw out one pair. The decorating is very ugly. There are no words to describe the awful carpeting design. There was a dust skirt on the bed that was unbelievably wrinkled — like it sat in the dryer over night. They failed to make up the room one day. Perhaps we went out too late? My husband said the breakfast was good. Never again.

Trouble with air conditioning!

The bathroom was on the small side but everything worked. Breakfast was quite good.

Mr. H, I would have really liked to give you a good review, but unfortunately I cannot. My son and I were coming out to Baltimore for a lacrosse tournament via Ronald Reagan Airport to stay at your establishment. After being delayed and staying in the departing airport for 8+ hrs, our flight got canceled. I tried to reach you multiple times; you never called back. I talked with your staff multiple times letting them know our status of delays and ultimate cancellation. I was looking for a refund due to the situation being out of my control. You denied my request after speaking with the Expedia representative. So, because you didn’t do the right thing despite your “strict” policy, you will get this review and will never receive service from me our my family again.

Stayed there for two days while on business. Excellent service, great room, comfortable, No complaints. Would definitely rebook again.

The staff was nice, and breakfast was really good.

The beds were not comfortable. Next update should be soundproofing the rooms.

But our huge problem was - NO WI-FI IN THE ROOM! I complained several times, but it didn't work in our room (202). Though it was perfectly fine in a lobby.

Great stay

Perfect room very clean and homie. Bed are very comfortable and love the hotel. Friendly, safe and family friendly Would send any of my close friends and family just loved the place.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and adequately supplied. Breakfast was very good with standard choices such as eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. It was well stocked throughout. We particularly enjoyed the coffee that was fresh ground on demand. Our only complaint was that our room was not ready by 3 o’clock. There may have been a shortage of cleaning staff on that particular day. We would stay there again in the future.

My request for a room change just after checking in was addressed after a brief conversation. Also, staff were very responsive to our complaint of a barking dog alone in a room at 9:30 at night. Who would do that? The breakfast items were typical (5:10), not special. Staff kept the busy dining area spic and span. 👍👍 Other observations: The bathrooms were a very odd shape- can’t close the door if sitting on the toilet. But the shower was lovey and hot after a long tiring day. Toilet paper holder in barely reachable location. All in all we would return.

Staff was very friendly, check in was quick, room was clean and comfortable, coffee was great, and breakfast was very good.

Everything was clean the staff was wonderful only thing that was a little concerning was the room smelled like a wet basement! I guessing but I think the AC unit needs cleaning

Had a great experience staying at this hotel. Manager Shelby was great and so helpful to get us accomdated after a grueling ride. Hotel itself was tip top and I'll be looking for Holiday Inn on my future travels. Great location with very professional and caring service. Highly recommend it!

Everything was really good except the lighting in the room. With all the lights on is was still on the darker side.
