Extended Stay America Suites Orange County Huntington Beach

Very good location for AIM sports complex, and overall pretty clean. Badly needs a renovation, photos must be very old! Everything was clean from what I saw which was good, but just outdated. Fridge in room would not get cold, freezer was fine, but fridge/freezer had weird smell to it! Was told by staff we had to gather up all ours used towels and bring downstairs if we wanted new towels which I thought was weird.

All the staff was very friendly and attentive. Our room was spotless and we were able to ask for amenities if needed.

The location was ok. The huge roach that crawled across the floor. The staff cleaned it up and a photo is attached.

Staff was helpful and friendly Needs renovations/updates. Curtains had holes, missing hairdryer, breakfast was non-existent. No shampoo or soap

Near the beach The facility is out of date, location is so isolated from local restaurants. No hair dryer, breakfast is poor , just grab then go. The night time staff is not friendly. Only one cup in the room, etc

The staff specifically Rebecca and Christina Smelled like fresh caught fish in the lobby and elevator at one point when I returned to the hotel

Good coffee - snacks meager but we were going out to breakfast anyway. Sraff was very nice and helpful. Close enough to our beach event without the beach adjacent price.

The bed was the worst part

Bathroom had female made with blood, TV remote didn’t work, and the bed was terrible. Worst bed I’ve ever slept on The bed was the worst part

They couldn’t even check me in so I went to another hotel

The parking was good and good price for the location. It was an overall good experience. There was little black bugs flying in the room and there was hair in the bathroom on toilet and. In the shower.
