The room was clean, the bedding was a little worn down. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was good with options to choose from. The hot tub & pool was nice & clean. Overall this hotel was okayyyy i guess based on the pricing. I'd rate this hotel about a 3.7 out of 5.

Staff was super helpful! Our original room had AC issues and the staff was able to switch us to a different room. Our second room was great, however the beds were extremely soft and would sink through the bed frame under the headboard making sitting and sleeping very uncomfortable. Price was good though!

The room was moist to the point that the clothes we had hanging were damp. The floors were so dirty that our feet were black. There was mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. The hot water that came out of the sink was brown, and the water in the shower switch back and forth from hot to cold like it was possessed.

I arrived for the night and was greeted by the man at the front desk he was very nice, he said for unknown reason they had to upgrade us from the standard to suite, which sounded nice. We walked in the room and there was this huge puddle of water in the kitchen floor. We had to walk back and let him know so he ended up transferring us back to standard bedroom I’m assuming we originally booked for. It reeked like cigarettes and there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. At that point my partner and I didn’t want to walk back and say anything but just those two things grossed me out and I just felt very unsettled sleeping here.

The rooms was clean, the staff was really friendly and the breakfast was good There was two queen beds in the room, one was super comfy and the other (my bed) was hard as a rock, so I only slept for about an hour and was in a lot of pain. Also, the shower water pressure was very weak, but the bath pressure was fabulous!

We really enjoyed the room with the little patio area. The pool was heated and clean! and the hot tub was excellent! The room was clean and staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Lots of options. We would definitely stay there again.

Hot breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Centralized location for going to beach and theme parks. We enjoyed our stay. Especially liked the patio area in the back.
