It’s terrible hotel. Staff is not well mannered and even basic things like Bed is not comfortable.

Good for just one night, just sleep and go. Cooker did not work. No utensils. Shower tap nob falling down. Not a clean property.

Horrible! Worst “motel” ever! No amenities onsite at all. No vending/ice machines, laundry facilities including elevator and I was on the third floor. The fabric couch cover was dirty and the box spring was covered in hair. When I went to take a shower, a roach crawled out. I would have canceled but I knew I wouldn’t get a full refund, so I suffered it out. Just to think, I paid to be here. :( I should have been paid to stay there.

To make matters worse, there was no microwave in the room, there was no hot water, and basic amenities were lacking. These are fundamental things that guests expect when paying for a hotel room. Overall, this property appears neglected and poorly managed. Between the cleanliness issues, the lack of hot water, and the missing amenities, I cannot recommend staying here. I would not return.

Sheets were stained and when I asked to get clean ones they said none were available. I didn’t have enough towels for the amount of people that were in my room and still wasn’t able to get more. The 2 days I was there I had to sleep on one sheet not able to keep warm. Then was wrongfully charged due to them having dirty floors.

Staff is very rude always has an attitude and she needs customer service skills. The guys seemed little bit better but considering the establishment being old run down always sketchy and very unsafe not a place you want to take your children or lady

If you’re just looking for a place to sleep, this is fine. However, based on my own experience, I feel unsafe during my stay.

The air conditioning was not working. The tv did not work. The bed sheets were also torn.

Tv didn’t work : ( and then they didn’t give us enough toilet paper . It was 7 am but we didn’t have enough toilet paper because only the cleaning lady knows where it’s at and she got there till 9am .

I like just the location nothing else First one lady that works day time with her kids in office is rude unhelpful didn’t do anything to improve my experience

I checked in was moved to a different room from my original room just to check out due to the comfort and value of the facility where unsatisfactory.
