Randolph Hotel

As you can see in the comments before. When people get off of a plane they expect to be able to go into their rooms, my plane landed at 1 am the hotel would allow us until 3 at 2:30 pm room was still not ready he actually charged us an extra 50 dollars more to go into a room which is absurd when I already paid for my room... Custom service is horrible and they don't know how to talk to people and are very rude... it's not okay to swindle people out of money which he probably pocketed because he didn't give us a receipt but I'm sure it's on camera

Real uncomfortable not what I expected

The rooms here are nice

This is a dormitory. There was one bathroom for maybe 35 people. I’m a disabled veteran and they put me upstairs. Horrible.

I was racially profile at the hotel, I made reservations and I had the money to pay but once they seen that I was black and from another state,They refuse to honor the reservation! The professional way I was treated

Nothing The people in charge are crap; they don't know how to deal with guests and are nasty people. The rooms are ugly, there are bedbugs and cockroaches, and the bathrooms smell horrible.

The roches the outlit to connect charger keep falling no internet everything was sorta dirty shower curtain nasty stain tv so small

Everything Else was Good

Alot of shopping nearby best motel to shop from in the area buses convenient and won't need an Uber over there. Good hotel just no cable basic channels 📺 and Alot of slamming doors at night. Showers could work better but still Alot** better than most motels for short stays
