Staff at desk was great. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Lots of variety. Clean room. Very convenient location when arriving on late night flight.

Gym was clean and quite functional. Desk attendants were all top-notch, friendly and professional!

Anthony the manager on when we checked in after an unexpected flight cancellation was by far the nicest person and most helpful in all my years of staying in a hotel. Property was clean. Staff were friendly. There was a small issue which Anthony helped us with- apologized- even though it wasn’t his fault (hot water wasn’t working in room) and got us a new room in like 6 minutes. Best hotel and staff ever.

Shower is not warm and toilet is a little bit dirty.

The location is the main reason we stayed. We were leaving out of Huntsville airport and did not want to rush for a.m. flight. Had a good breakfast buffet before travel day. The bed was so comfy! The room was clean and prepared for our stay. The one thing the cleaning person should do is vacuum under the dresser. I dropped something that went under and there was lots of crud underneath, plus goldfish snacks, etc that will attract ants. The room temperature was not as cool as we like, but no amount of adjustment helped. I like the old days with a power fan option to blow the air around. Overall, we would stay again.

The location is excellent for early flights and located in the airport. Have stayed here before and thought all rooms had refrigerators in them The one I got did not and needed one for medication. This is the second time I stayed here where someone activated a fire alarm after midnight.

I have stayed here many times to catched early flights however this stay was very disappointing. They put me on the 4 th floor. When I got up at 3:30am to get ready for my flight I had no hot water to shower and the water wasn’t draining properly. When I informed the front desk at checkout the lady told me they knew that floor had wr issues. When I asked her why they’d put a paying customer in a room like that she couldn’t answer me. She gave me the assistance managers card. I emailed asking for a refund for room and have received no response. Very disappointed in this class of service!

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The proximity to the airport is perfect. Only complaint is the thermostat in our room didn’t cool down to our liking. Otherwise it was perfect.

This place was definitely not it. It was my second time staying here and the first time I didn’t have hot water this time the room wasn’t clean. I know people who are tired from a flight and traveling and need a place to stay may not pay attention but I do. The bathroom was disgusting. I travel with cleaning supplies everywhere I go but I shouldn’t have to.

I like staying here when I have an early morning flight. It’s so convenient. The rooms are clean and the staff is great. I have never had any issues.

The elevator was terrible. One did not operate and the other one ran extremely slow. It took 15 minutes to wait on the elevator and ride it up two floors
