Red Roof Inn Huntsville, AL

Very strange experience. The man at the desk said Expedia didn't pay them when I paid for my stay MONTHS ago, and showed them proof. He still made me leave a $50 deposit and wouldn't give it back until he inspected the room. The entire motel smelled like a mix of weed and cigarettes despite no smoking signs everywhere. Would not recommend.

Nothing Everything

Really sketchy, the beds had stains. When we complained staff just said that’s normal. Probably one of the worst motels I’ve stayed at.

I left my key in my room paid for another found the one I left in the room asked for refund for the they one lost they wouldn't refund for the one key paid for

Sheet, pillow cases, and blanket were very stained. Bathroom floor tiles were so broken up that I cut my foot on one. Room smelled awful.

This stay was a scene out a scary movie scene. I will never stay at a red roof again especially this place has bugs and the room have mold smell and the air-conditioned was leaking. The manager brought us a bucket to catch the water that was leaking from air-conditioner. The sheets had stains on them. The faucet on the tub was very loose. The door entrance to the stairs from back wasn't locked it was easy for a from to come in. I felt very unsafe! Thus hotel she be torn down.

There is nothing I like about this place This hotel is the worst place I have ever stayed. The sheets were not clean, and there was hair and stains on the mattress. When I complained to the staff, they offered me another room, but it was the same situation. The towels were dirty, and the sheets were never properly cleaned. I had to sleep on top of the blanket, and I couldn’t even take a shower because of the poor condition of the bathroom and the stains. I will never recommend this place. The hotel must take immediate action. The cleaning staff should be held accountable—because no one should have to pay for a hotel where the linens, towels, and bathroom are dirty. The management needs to address the issues with the employees and the cleaning standards, otherwise the hotel will eventually go out of business.

The area staff was nice the building is a no the second floor period needs to be fixed thefloor is weak i give it another year wouldn't be surprised if the second floor caves in or worse the sheets were not cleaned hair in the bed and shower A/C was running a river on the floor had to put icebucket under it to catch the water never again don't stay here

Really old building so fixtures are rickety and shower was nearly chest level. Toilet ran all night yet didnt flush when needed. Jiggle handle. Dingy towels hung in bathroom. People running place were nice though.

We didn’t even stay. They had no room for us. We couldn’t get a refund. Terrible.
