We loved this Hotel! Great location. Will stay here again.

After a long day of travelling, I arrived at the hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Hotel appear busy with guests, as it was a holiday weekend; however, it was not crowded. I did not have to wait long for the elevators. The hotel is in walking distance to several eating establishments. I would book this particularly hotel again.

Comfortable room. Pleasant staff and location at a mall and near space center and botanic gardens a plus. The Valet Jay was exceptionally helpful, providing shuttle service to downtown restaurant.

It was great, next time need a full day!

That said, there were several disappointments. The pool area did not match the photos online. The chairs were much more basic than pictured, the surrounding area was concrete instead of brick, and the overall atmosphere felt less luxurious than expected. The shower water pressure was very weak. The room door was difficult to open and had to be pulled firmly to fully latch when closing. While walking through the halls, I noticed several room doors that appeared closed but could have easily been pushed open because they had not latched properly. There were also a few smaller issues. The coffee cup lids did not fit properly, and the breakfast buffet was mediocre, especially for the $18 price. I even noticed a dirty plate mixed in with the stack of clean plates. On the positive side, a regular cup of coffee from the café was reasonably priced at $3.22. While the room was generally clean, I did find a hair and a makeup stain on one of the pillows. Overall, the stay was decent thanks to the friendly staff and comfortable bed, but the property did not quite live up to the expectations set by the photos and amenities.

Nice hotel, great location right next to walkable shops and restaurants. Hotel pool and pool bar were nice. Good room, good shower. Would stay again.

The pool was nice and the facility was reasonably well kept. You have got to be kidding me? It was the same mediocre breakfast you can get anywhere, but your hotel charges over $15 for it. Hotel breakfast gets away with being subpar because it comes with the room, to charge such a premium and still be the same as the competitors is disappointing. People were yelling in the hotel until around 1:00 A.M. it was one of the loudest hotel experiences I've had. They were shouting and it sounded like there was an altercation. It was not a great experience.

Only thing , the hot water in the bathroom didn't get hot enough

I loved the cleanliness & it was in walking distance to shopping, food, and movie theater! I wasn’t asked if I needed assistance on things to do in the area.

The Wi-Fi in my 5th-floor room was unreliable for the first three days and under maintenance for the last two days, making it difficult to work. Housekeeping did not consistently restock basic items such as facial wipes and bottled water. Toiletries, including the toothpaste provided, were below the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Calls to the front desk often went unanswered, and when answered, staff were sometimes unavailable to deliver requested items. The booking clearly stated that breakfast was not included, so no issues there. On the positive side, the room and bathroom were clean. However, the lake area behind the hotel appeared poorly maintained.

I love staying here. The rooms and the whole property itself is well maintained. Staff is very friendly. And it is in a great area.
