A little disappointed in what was supposed to be a nice hotel. The room was small, the hallways were like saunas and the staff was very unprofessional with the exception of one valet. Even the restaurant in the lobby staff was not very hospitable.

Wow! My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Westin. It was such an enjoyable experience. From the fragrance when you walk in, to the staff, prompt elevators, to the room. The property was a 10 out of 10. Thank you for making our trip to Huntsville rememberable and comfortable!

I came for a night with my 9 daughter. We wanted to swim, but there were men smoking cigarettes at and near the pool so it was not ideal. That was the main reason I booked the hotel. Also the restaurant was packed so we had to go eat somewhere else. The Starbucks guy was nice. It stay was just ok. Smoking by the pool, cleanliness of the pool, crowded restaurant, people sitting everywhere for long hours so no where to sit. Bedding didn’t seem very clean either.

Our room was clean, staff was nice, we liked the fact that we didn’t have to leave the hotel go get a cocktail or have breakfast!

This hotel was great for a short stay on our way to the beach. With restaurants and shopping right outside the door, there was plenty to do. The only thing negative I was that the outside pool. Which was very nice but had trees all around it which caused leaves and such to be in the pool. Maybe cut them back some.
