Clean and comfortable enough accomos for price paid - very friendly and accommodating front desk staff, seems to be a family run operation. My AC unit was in poor condition and only cooled the room slightly, but I still got a good amount of much needed rest.

The best place to stay! Location, great rooms! View on Hurghada! Good staff! I love this hotel! And price is so good too!

I’d like to say a few words about a wonderful hotel located near a gorgeous beach — Golden Rose Hotel. It’s a lovely, cozy place in the very heart of Hurghada, just steps away from all the main streets of this southern city. To be honest, I haven’t experienced such attentive service in a long time. Every staff member who worked during my stay — both on my floor and in the hotel as a whole — did their best to make my life as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Housekeeping was available daily upon request, but it could always be rescheduled for a more convenient time. Tips were, of course, welcome, yet the staff who cleaned my room repeatedly refused to accept them — contrary to the common belief that Egyptians always seek personal gain. Each time I returned with shopping bags, the staff would rush to help, carrying everything up to the fifth floor where I stayed. From there, I had a stunning view of the city and, partially, of the sea. The room rate was more than reasonable, and in terms of value for money, the hotel clearly outshines many five-star resorts. A huge thank-you to everyone who made my three-week vacation truly unforgettable. And to future guests — I highly recommend booking this wonderful hotel in advance!

It’s good for money No beach no good view

Location was good, shower had hot water and WiFi worked well. Dirty and old, not maintained properly.

Right in the downtown, without the noise. Close to a beach Close to the supermarket. They are probably starting a construction in front, but I asked for a room not in the front and they changed it for me. The curtain let the light in.

In more than 25 years of mostly solo traveling, I have never been treated so badly! On top of it , my jacket was stolen from my room when i was in Luxor for 1,5 day trip and came back late the night before flying back home. As soon as I noticed it in the morning when i was packing, i went to the reception and of course it was a kind of drama. They denied the fact, offered me to buy a jacket, that i accept at least and ask me to forget it!!! I should have called the police but i would have risked to miss my flight! DON'T GO THERE IF YOU ARE A SOLO TRAVELER WOMAN!!!

The location was excellent, and the room was clean.

The view from the balcony was great. The room was big enough and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend the hotel for those who search a quiet place and a good service for a good price. The location is also great, you are close to Marina and the city center.
