Terrace in room 6 is big, with Grill possibility ? Stuff very helpful ?

Didn't like anything was very bad I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The room was not clean at all, and I found insects and spiders inside, including around the walls and bathroom area. The overall hygiene was very poor. The water also had a bad smell and looked yellowish, which made me feel uncomfortable using it. The room was located below ground level, with no proper windows or ventilation, so it felt closed, humid, and unpleasant. Another major issue was the noise. From around 8 AM, there was a lot of noise from workers, cars, and people outside, which made it very difficult to rest or sleep properly. Also, the listing was misleading. It stated that there was a swimming pool and included pool photos, but after arrival I found out that there was no swimming pool at this property. The pool was apparently located at another property belonging to them, not at the place I booked. This was very disappointing and felt like false advertising. Overall, the place was far below expectations and did not feel comfortable, clean, or suitable for a proper stay. I would not recommend it unless serious improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, ventilation, noise control, and the accuracy of the listing information.

The water pumped up from the sink when we used the flush. The staff came immediately and fixed it. Room doors need to be fixed. The room is very efficient but good value for mony.

Our experience was disappointing- We arrived at 10 PM from Luxor and found a broken door lock plus dirty bedding with dust and hair, and later toilet flush clogging. Staff tried to help, but fixing the lock, changing sheets, and later repairing the toilet flush took multiple hours and this ruined our next day plan. I would recommend paying a bit more for a better hotel experience.

Simple but what I needed. Clean and quiet place despite being in a room opposite the bar. The room was very dark due to tinted windows. So if I wanted a day light had to open my door. Which the local feral cat like to come in. Not the propertys fault tho! Also it seemed quite difficult to get a ticket for the beach from the reception as had to wait a long time for it..

I spent almost 3 weeks here. The room was nice, the terrace was big and good, but the pillows were a bit dirty. The staff were so kind; they notified me via WhatsApp about the cleaning and towel change. The place is safe and friendly. It has some lovely places nearby, but with Uber, everything is close. In my room, the internet regularly has issues. It wasn't good for some home office work. However, I asked the staff to do something; it worked okayish but wasn't stable 24/7. The mattress was comfortable, but it was a bit dirty under the cover. Nice place to stay, they care about the clearance.

the only downside is the roads inside the place weren't well constructed but its because there are some buildings still being painted and finished I believe.

the location in a compound near the downtown and sea shore the room! underground letrarly it is between the ground floor and basement the only window was looking at the street with a sower check box underneath! I wonder how on earth the tourism authority certifies such a place to stay? the room service came once to pick up trash , what else I would say it is a half star place

AC not working and high noise from it No auto room service must ask for it TV has 2000 chancel but only 5 or 8 working The room doesn't have any table to eat on it or a chair even if it is small Plus the attached photos don't exist in reality
