⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Dexon Roma Hotel, even though it was only for one night. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived until check-out. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with a good variety, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. The location is perfect, and all the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thanks to Mr. Emad at the reception for his warm welcome, kindness, and outstanding service. He made the check-in process smooth and made me feel truly valued as a guest. Dexon Roma will always be one of the hotels I keep coming back to from time to time. Every visit leaves me with great memories and a pleasant experience. Even though this stay was only for one night, it was enjoyable as always. I highly recommend the hotel and look forward to visiting again soon. ?

Location. Receiption Stuff. Beach. Beach Stuff is Stupid. They are Not qualified for any Hospitality or How should they interact with a client. Also their attitude with the foreigners is Very stupid and keeps Harassing with them all the time. Same food everyday with No variety. Pool area is very poor. They don’t own a beach, but just contracting with a beach called Eden with a poor atuff. Room Quality.

The hotel is located in a perfect place near to the City center. The staff is so friendly and helpful! I lost my shorts in the room, but they could find it in 1 week! WOW! Thank you so much! I don’t like a rule about one key to one room, sometimes it’s not comfortable for 2 guests.

One of the best budget-friendly hotels in Hurghada, surely it's not luxurious but it definitely has all that's needed to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. 1- Check in took only half an hour and they upgraded my room to a sea view one for free.?? 2- The food is varied and delicious, and the restaurant's decorations alone can make you hungry. ?? 3- The staff is very friendly and helpful. 4- The beach is enjoyable and luckily my stay wasn't in a high season so it wasn't over crowded. 5- The animation team improved and hosted a group dancing show on one of the nights, they also play nice music every night. During my stay one of the elevators wasn't working but they were trying to fix it. Other issues are really negligible.

Mr. Emad is a very respectable person and the reception was very respectful.

The staff were friendly and attentive, with reception and bar staff being especially helpful. Breakfast was acceptable, with coffee and soft drinks served in the main restaurant. The location was convenient and practical for exploring nearby areas. - Water was not always available in the room, and cleaning service required confirmation. Consistent water supply in the rooms and the addition of a minibar would improve the experience.

Very bad

Room is old and tv is not good and food is so so

The front desk worker in the evening was very friendly and helpful. The best part of my stay. The meal room was pretty good and reasonably priced for a hotel. Balcony view wasn't bad. No internet in the rooms and you have to use your laptop in the common area with no electrical outlets and loud music blasting and people trying to sell stuff to you. When you leave the hotel you get touts trying to sell stuff. The hotel is supposed to be an escape from that. People smoke in the common areas. My hot water wasn't working my last day. AC didn't work. The private beach is across the street and the beach and pool close at 5 pm. They badger you to give a good rating when you're checking out.

This was my seventh stay at Dexon Roma Hotel, and once again, it completely exceeded my expectations. Every time I return, I’m reminded why this place feels like a second home — it’s not just a hotel, it’s an experience filled with warmth, comfort, and genuine hospitality. From the very first moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, appreciated, and truly taken care of. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. just steps away from the mesmerizing Red Sea, surrounded by cozy cafés and local shops. It’s the perfect spot for both relaxation and a bit of adventure. When I checked in, the amazing reception team surprised me with a free upgrade to a beautiful Sea View Suite, and that really made my day. The suite was spacious, elegant, and had an absolutely breathtaking view of the sea. Every morning, I woke up to that calming sound of the waves and the stunning blue horizon. it honestly felt magical. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail — from the décor to the lighting — reflected real thought and care. But what makes Dexon Roma truly special is the people. The staff here are the heart of the hotel. I’d love to thank Onsy, Emad, Kerolos, and Ahmed from the reception for their professionalism, patience, and kind smiles. They were always ready to help, no matter what the request was. At the restaurant, Rabee, one of the waiters, was absolutely amazing — always polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. He made sure every meal felt enjoyable and effortless. The food itself was consistently fresh, delicious, and full of variety — from local Egyptian dishes to international favorites. The management clearly cares deeply about guest satisfaction. The whole place feels well-organized, clean, and welcoming, which speaks volumes about the effort behind the scenes. Overall, my experience at Dexon Roma was exceptional. To be completely honest, we did face a few small issues during our stay — but what truly impressed me was how quickly and professionally the hotel handled them. Every time we mentioned something, it was immediately taken care of. That kind of responsiveness shows real dedication to guests and their comfort.

Special thank to Mr Emad and Mr Sayed Nothing

The breakfast was basic, not much choice, though the omlette done directly was the best. The rooms are large and comfortable. The cleaning staff was friendly. The bathrooms need to be renewed (old toilettes and toilet facilities, old shower cabines), the phone in the room was not even connected to a plug so it was completely unusable, the door to the terrace did not close properly and a lot of cold air was coming inside. The staff from the reception speaks poor English. There is no direct entrance to the beach, one needs to cross the street and present a ticket to access it. In addition, the beach is very small and there is no place where to walk along the shore.
-
The beach and food are good but the room needs hot water and renovation to the bath room The location is very good and the staff is nice and friendly
-
Location is exceptional at the heart of Hurghada. Very reasonable prices.

The bad points really blocked any feling for any positive points if any The front door guard is so rude and not aware of his hotel policy (as he was trying to forbid us from entry as we do not have wrists bracelets despite that the hotel does not give us bracelets). The room facilities are very weak . Small safe and not function . No water heater, tea, or any other drinks (only one small bottle of water was provided after the stay, not in the room) . The fridge had broken shelves and was very poor. . The door lock was not in good aligned to close probably . The AC sound was so high . The plumbing was totally not working (broken valves and weak water flow for the shower) Overall, the quality of stay would not be accepted even with half of the stay cost per room. 2000 EGP per night for room is very strange.
