The staff was great. Especially Lina from Customer Service. Ahmed from housekeeping, who creatively decorated my son's room for his birthday. And Ramadan from Cleopatra restaurant, who made every visit great. Everyday, the staff delivered a fruit platter to my room (because I'm a raw vegan). Coffee in the lobby was great. All the staff tried their best to make my stay better. There were not enough healthy food options (gluten free, steamed instead of fried etc.). Nobody cleaned the sunbeds from sand, I had to do it myself.

We arrived at 0100 after a delayed flight and that was no issue. We only stayed one night since we were boarding a liveaboard boat for the week the following day. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices and made to order things. We spent the morning on the beach relaxing. The hotel allowed us to do a late check out since we arrived late and transportation was arriving around 230. Wish we could have stayed longer. NA

I don't know how to start Everything was wonderful from reception to security to cleaning person's i really like it Thanks for Mr.Mark in reception he is really very professional and available for any questions or help , I'd like to THANK MR. MOHAMMED ISMAIL the GM for his support and kindness i had a little comment in my room i told him and he decided it so fast Food is really delicious and very good quality ,very big and clean hotel has 2 beaches, acqua park, and about 5 swimming pools , 3 big restaurants and bars everywhere and food service anytime during the day , never be hungry )))) me and my family like this Place we will be back for sure Nothing to say )))))

The hotel facilities are very nice, the beaches on the Red Sea are beautiful, and you have the option of a smaller calm beach with fewer waves and a bigger beach. The food served at breakfast, lunch and dinner was of good quality, and drinks were also included (juices, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages). We expected the small camel ride inside the hotel to be free or very cheap, but the gentleman wanted to charge us an extra 15 EUR (not even near the pyramids, the ride was so expensive). And as with any other extra activities, like snorking or windsurfing, the extra charge can vary widely depending on the amount of people looking for that activity and your capacity to bargain with the seller.

Room was big, cleaning was provided every day. Big choice of food, sweets,drinks Staff was kind and nice.After my trip to Luxor i found big suprise in my room. They left decorations and birtthday cake on my bed. Very nice !Lovely suprise.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time, I really like it. friendly staff at the reception speaks Russian, English, Arabic, Polish and will help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Very good food! The hotel is in a very good location on the first line in the city. I will go there again. The lack of Wi-Fi does not prevent me from relaxing at all. I highly recommend it!

Good location in the city center. All staff were really welcoming and ever so helpfull, we wanted our room to be changed and there was absolutely no problem. 2 great restaurants and few bars, tables get cleaned within seconds after previous guests have left, no queues, everything seems to be organized and smooth. Same at the swimmingpools. Rooms are clean,beds comfortable. Hany the manager always around to make sure all is ok,thank you ;). Our total lack of self discipline when it comes to food :D
