The employees were great, especially Isaac in the pool bar and Hanna in the restaurant. The food was subpar

The staff were exceptional, especially AFOM Mr. Mahmoud, who went the extra mile to ensure we were happy throughout our stay. A special thanks also to FDA Islam for his excellent service and professionalism. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Executive Chef Hany Essam. The quality and variety of the food were outstanding, especially considering the price. Chef Hany took extra care of the children, always making sure they had everything they needed. His dedication, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made a real difference. He is truly a valuable asset to the hotel. The room lacked some basic amenities such as a dental kit, sewing kit, slippers, and bathrobes, which would have made the stay more comfortable. The room itself is somewhat outdated in terms of décor, paintwork, and the TV. However, the excellent facilities and the outstanding cooperation, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff more than compensated for these shortcomings, making our overall stay enjoyable.

Many thanks for Mr.Islam for supporting us to change the room and Mr.Raouf he was very kind. The lunch and dinner were very good. The beach was very good. The breakfast was not that good, the milk and juice was very bad, and no variety in the food. We faced a problem at our stay in our room, we smelled very bad smell but Mr.Islam the receptionist solved it by change the room.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the food was good. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Nothing. Everything met my expectations.

The staff were my favorite, most of them were very nice and helpful always. Special shoutout to Hanna in the restaurant and Isaac working the night shift at the bar for truly going above and beyond with exceptional service. The beach was also amazing. As a family, my mother, my wife, my three kids and I we have stayed at MinaMark Beach Resort several times before. Through the years, we've witnessed how it amazingly improved and yet kept its special family welcoming spirit. For us, it's not only one of best value for money facilities we've encountered, but, and more importantly, one of the best memories builder thanks to the great effort made by all of the staff. I would like to specially thank Mr. Mohamad Alhawary at the reservation department, Mr. Mohammed, manager of the reception department, Ms. Mirna at the reception, Mr. Alaa and Mr. Erian at the pool and last but not least Chef. Amr, thank you all, you made our stay lovely and unforgettable. Dr. Mina Kelleni.

No parking food not i didn’t like it Some of the stuff has attitude They post the pool is heated When i went to the pool was very cold i ask the security gard he said ask the receptionist i did they call the manager he was very nice guy he said i’ll try but he can’t do anything i got cold and flu me and my daughter from the pool

Amazing staff. Great buffet. Location very convenient. Very Clean. Staff always woring and cleaning and doing prevntative maintence. Great to see. Only small thing is the music at one of the pools was not child appropriate. I talked to the MOD and he said he would address it. Good people. Kind....sometimes they want to help too much...but that is a cultural thing. Great place and highly recommended! I'll be back! AGAIN!

Beach is really really small for the number of the guests with not enough space for everybody We always couldn't find a place to sit down There are always towels with nobody sitting People just go there and leave their towels for the whole stay to just reserve the places and we couldn't find a place Even on the pool there were really limited seats. And also my room said its was sea and pool view and we couln't really see the sea it was pretty far

It’s not bad, but I expected more with the 4 stars category sand beach but full of rocks, food is below mid/average, I got sick on one day, also room location wasn’t the best.

The beach close early your not allowed to stay on the beach after 17:00 and not allowed to put the long chair near the beach!!!!!

Food was average, however pretty good variety.

Though the resort was generally clean, yet because it was crowded, the bathrooms were not always good, and the room could be cleaner. It should be for families and couples only, yet that was not the case. The food was good but needed more varieties.
