Beach is sandy and sea water is clean , staff are very helpful and polite , beds are comfortable , food is good Furnature is old , swimming pool is small , no aquapark, animation team is not active enough

Lively Nothing

the food was very good specially the bakeries the staff was so friendly even with rude guests the beach was nice and suitable for kids the animation team was very friendly with kids thanks to the hotel management for celebrating my son birthday What disappointed me the most was the hotel's failure to enforce its own rules. While I strictly followed the regulations, many non-compliant guests ignored them without any accountability or consequences from the management. This lack of enforcement created an unfair environment and honestly made me feel that staying compliant was pointless, which eventually pushed me to stop following the rules as well. The management needs to ensure that policies apply to everyone equally.

This is my second stay and as the last time it exceeded my expectations. The staff are very polite, respectful and helpful. The rooms and bathroom are clean. A beautiful sandy beach. The food is good with a variety that suited my specific diet. The property is not too big and everything is accessible with a short walk. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Gamal and Ghada for facilitating all special requests and ensuring a smooth stay :) We booked the Italian restaurant dinner (included in the all inclusive) for one of the nights, but the food was not good. The normal dinner buffet is way better.

The food

The location All of the room furniture is very very old. The AC is very old it makes noise and you can barely sleep there the same for the mini fridge. And the same for the closet. The bathroom is very old and it wasn’t clean there was some hair on the ground not mine. Also 99% of the guests are old people. Nothing wrong with that but it just shows there target audience is not young people. Also bad outlets for charging the phones( so old so slow) and no wifi in the rooms

Excellent beach resort. Food was very good. Sea was fantastic. Rooms very large with balcony . We had a great time there.

I liked the positioning of the palms on the beach. Where to start.. Internet - non existant. Literally nowhere in the rooms. Only in lobby and it is so slow you can't even upload a photo or load any social media feed. Food - many choices, but trust me when I say that you won't like 90% of it. It is poorly made, questionable tastes, always the same meat, almost no fruit in country this warm, deserts are like they came through the time portal from 80s Eastern Europe. Guests in this hotel are mostly Egyptian and elderly. You feel like you are transported to some other reality. When we came, there was a problem with the water, we didn't have cold water at all, but it was fixed. When it comes to reviews, staff make friends with guests and then they ask them for a favor, they take their phones and rate the hotel with maximum stars on all possible online review sites, including booking, google, trip advisor etc. Since guests are mostly elderly, they just allow them this, without questioning, or they feel bad to say no. I find this very disturbing when you look at the bigger picture. The beach is very small and too crowded. Everything is very far from the hotel including other beaches, so have no choice but to wake up at dawn to go and occupy the sun beds you need, because there are not enough for half of the hotel. Swimming space in the water is also too small and bordered with bouys, I don't know the reason behind this, but swimming possibilities are quite limited. Heard it was becase of the animals such as stingrays and sharks that appear sometimes. Even though we paid all inclusive, staff often asked for tips for beverages they would sip us, just because they served us, which made us a little unfomfortable.

Location. Too expensive for the quality of the hotel. Everything is old, food was not good, too noisy and not clean.
