Thanks also goes to the staff in restaurant, the waiters , the chefs and everyone around. Special thanks goes to Ahmed Khalid on the beach for his excellent service and making of special drinks and being available all the time. The hotel in general has a great location in the city center and has one of the best beaches in Hurghada (in case you are not interested in snorkeling ) . We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back soon.

Beds and cushions (pillows) weren't comfortable enough, Valet service should be added as the hotel doesn't have parking spaces.

The resort is very cozy everything is close together. The pool and beach area are perfect. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Having access to bars at every corner was nice. The buffet was pretty disappointing most of the food was bland or tasted off.

The facilities and location of the hotel, the food quality and variety is top notch! The bathrooms are a bit out of fashion ( the shower and toilet are old) and not everything is given regarding lotions and conditioners

Great sandy beach .. suitable for swimming and for kids Food is always good with plenty of varieties Awesome coffee machines and drinks Nice lobby area with a bar that’s open till 00:00 You will always find something to eat during day Staff is friendly specially Mr. Reda who is taking care of all booking reservations Restaurants are modern with nice furniture Will definitely come back Animation area can be restructured to fit more people A little hard to drink cold water at restaurants or at outdoor areas .. most of the water dispensers are not making cold water Adding more trash bins might help people to dispose their waste and help staff to make it more clean on pool area The rooms needs to be all re-innovated .. not only part of the rooms Water temperature at bathroom is totally random Some rooms have issues with AC including mine, but they worked on a fix for us .. but overall, AC seems to be a repeatable issue from reviews Maybe adding more entertainment for Kids will make this resort a must go for all families with kids

I liked everything starting from Mr Ahmed Gamal who was waiting for us from the first day and did everything to make our stay comfortable , the staff was very very friendly and helpful to the maximum they offered everything we needed , the pool was amazing and the food was the best for me from variety to taste to diversity of flavors, i will visit it again and again.

The vibes was great and interesting, the welcoming was special and room view was great, the beatch was enjoyable, the food was tasty, various and fresh, the beach animatioan team activities was enjoyable, Special thanks for Mr. Hassan Mekdad who listen carefully for every comment and feedback and for his friendly way and his always smile, Thanks for Mr. Mohamed Moaad in the reception who welcomed us and checked us in the room, Special thanks for Mr. Reda Abdel Badeaa who welcomed us and listen for everything and take care of our requests and comments, thanks for Mr. Aziz in the reception bar who was always smiling and welcoming, doing his best to make us happy, The most of the staff were helpful. It was happy and enjoyable stay ? The room was not clean enough, I think the room service team needs to do more effort to make the room clean as expected but once I asked the reception to make it up, they did, the hotel needs more activities and lights at night, as the only show was the animations show on the pool at night after the dinner.
