The stuff were very friendly, professional, and caring. The hotel was very clean, has a lot of facilities, animation team was great, For me traveling from Sweden with my family to enjoy my time, this was the perfect hotel to spend my vacation and really enjoy it. This wasn't my first time, and won't hesitate to come back. Three connected pools had to be closed for a day after a guest's child peed in it. It was a little disappointing since my kids were enjoying that pool. Of course, health first, and I admire that the hotel discovered and acted on it. Thankfully, there are lots of other pools at the resort, so they still had plenty of fun swimming. The only difference was that none of the other pools were the same depth. This definitely wasn't the hotel's fault, I just wanted to mention.

Design of hotel and view from each single room, beach and pools well arranged to make you feel really chill and relaxed, reception staff professionalism specially islam who have made our stay more enjoyable and comfortable, cleanliness, activities are many and available wherever you go through the hotel for both adults and kids

Actually, I had some unpleasant issues when checking into the hotel. There were six of us in total, two of whom were children, aged 6-12. Because the 12-year-old was a month older, they charged me $260 extra for two nights. However, the food was really great; there was always something to eat from 7 am to 12 am. The pool was beautiful, and it's right on the beach.

Everything From check in efficiency and warm welcome and hospitality by reception team, especially mr ahmed el eryan, to his follow up almost daily ensuring everything is fine. Good room, we booked sea view, room was great, food variety is good Irene and Lia, amazing and alot of hard work with the kids day and night (cheers from juju and ruvy) Rest of animation team especially evening stuff, meh, could be improved alot, really lame shows and lame team Pools are great Wifi could be improved- my cellular was faster so i used it anyways yet this is just something to improve, but not big deal ay all - You will be busy during your whole stay :)
