My favorite hotel more than 14 years as the calm and nice place ,special thanks for all the team as they was so much friendly I can’t find anything bad in this property

Excellent value for money! We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was very clean, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed at the reception for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. He made our stay even more enjoyable and was always ready to assist with a smile. The only downside was the construction work next to the hotel, which was quite noisy at times. We hope it will be finished soon, as it was the only thing that affected our stay.

Public spaces were clean and orderly, breakfast was fabulous, Steph was very kind and helpful! The room itself was where the problems were. There were things that were not clean like the pot to prepare hot water look like it was a biological experiment and also in this repair with the sink being loose on its mountings among other things. That was exceptionally firm, which can be a plus or minus depending on your point of view, but we did sleep well.

Great value for price paid and comfortable accomos, the pool area was nice. Friendly service from bartender. While I had booked for one guest, the price on booking remained the same. When I went to go to my room with a friend I’d made on my dive liveaboard, I was forced to pay $8, which the front desk agent only requested after handing me my keys. Given that the hotel doesn’t change its rate based on occupancy this seems unfair and the fee should have been waived. The bar only had beer and wine and no mixed drinks available.

The room itself was comfortable, and the location was quite convenient, with supermarkets and a mosque within walking distance, and only about 10 minutes by car to both the airport and the marina. One of the bedrooms had a noticeable smoke smell, and in the other bedroom the AC was not working at all. I also found the reception staff a bit unhelpful and not very welcoming. A few days before my arrival, I tried to cancel the reservation just two minutes after the free cancellation window, I submitted the request online and also called by phone, but they insisted on charging for the full stay, which felt inflexible compared to many other hotels in Hurghada that would usually waive the cancellation fees. Fortunately, I was still able to continue with my booking and stay. On arrival, I also asked the receptionist to remove alcoholic drinks from the fridge, but he refused.

Mr. Shendi is one of the kindest receptionists I’ve ever met.
