Advantages (Pros) ​Location and Atmosphere: It is one of the oldest and best-located hotels in Hurghada, offering a cozy holiday village vibe rather than a standard hotel feel. ​Service and Staff: Highly successful service from the reception welcome to the beach and pools. All staff members are smiling, friendly, and deeply helpful. ​Special Hospitality: Excellent hospitality from Mr. Mohamed at the reception, who went above and beyond by upgrading the room. ​Value for Money: Exceptional price-to-service ratio, truly giving you more than your money's worth. ​Food and Beverages: A great variety of food, salads, and fruits at the open buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. ​Beach and Sea: A magnificent beach location with crystal-clear, calm, and inviting water. Disadvantages (Cons) ​Condition of the Rooms: Visible signs of wear and tear and outdated room conditions due to the older age of the property. ​Parking Issue: Lack of a dedicated parking lot for vehicles.

Mr. Mohamed salah was helpful. I canceled for other reasons. The hotel was crowded. Other than this, I didn't visit thr room, only the reception and the pool and beach area.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious with a great variety of choices, and the beach was clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The location was good. Too many Egyptian families with a lot of their kids noises!

We had an amazing honeymoon stay at Giftun Azur Resort! We arrived at around 10 AM, well before the regular check-in time, and the hotel kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a great start to our vacation. When the staff learned that we were celebrating our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful sea-view room. They also arranged a romantic dinner and served breakfast in our room one morning, which made our stay even more special. The food was delicious, clean, and offered a wide variety of options every day. There were snacks and drinks available throughout the day, which was very convenient. The beach is sandy, clean, and perfect for swimming and relaxing. The overall atmosphere of the resort was wonderful, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was truly an excellent experience, and we will definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommended!

Renovation of the room it was ok but still needs Renovation

This is not my first time staying there ? I truly love this place, the location is amazing, and the staff are always smiling and very helpful. I never regret staying there ♥️ Although I love the authentic vibes of the place, I still feel that some maintenance and renovation are needed, especially regarding the plumbing and electricity. Overall, it’s still a lovely place with a great atmosphere ?

This is my 5th year I like vibes, food , staff My daughter got injured at the sea

Fantastic heated pool, great for swimming -- with fresh juices served pool-side in the morning. Mostly friendly staff. Excellent Egyptian food served in the downstairs restaurant. Huge resort with many amenities. I was upgraded to a large "suite" over looking the sea, which was nice of them, but these larger rooms clearly had not been cleaned in a while. Just needed to be refreshed (dusted etc) before putting someone in that suite. I would have appreciated greater cleanliness but it wasn't bad. I also was overcharged fees on line, and while promised some money back by the manager when I left that hasn't happened. I was glad after two nights to go to a more tranquil hotel down the Red Sea coast, as this place hosts large noisy groups and also was expensive. I also had a bad experience with one manager at the outdoor buffet, who behaved in a hostile manner to me (although this was not typical of the resort).

what I don’t like about the property it is old style so when you try to go into your room, you have to use a key. You don’t use a card which is the oldest style.

The easy access to the beach/sea with a very nice heated pool is great. The food was very good all week. We are so glad they allow pets and we could spend the week with our small dog. The staff is always so friendly, from the animation team to the maintenance people to the kitchen staff. They could do a better job cleaning the rooms. The beds/sheets were clean, which is most important, but they could do a better job cleaning the floors and bathroom. Additionally, our air conditioner wasn’t working well for most of the week.

The food has good variety, kids can find something to eat, and the deserts are good as well INTERNET!!!! there is no internet in the rooms, The rooms are not so renovated, bathrooms need a bit more update
