Great pools and views

Unforgettable stay ! I visit Hurghada every summer vacation but i never felt relaxed and enjoyed as i felt in this resort. Staff were very polite and helpful, special thanks to the receptionists Mr. Ali and Mr. Abdulrahman.

We had a wonderful stay. The resort was clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, the hot water was always reliable, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. The beach was beautiful, and the entire property felt safe, relaxing, and well cared for. We were genuinely impressed with the overall experience and would happily stay here again. We didn’t have any real issues during our stay. The only thing that kept us from using all of the facilities was the spa. We had planned to book massages, but after reading several negative reviews about the spa services, we decided not to. Aside from that, everything met or exceeded our expectations.

A true 10/10 hotel. While I have some improvement points (written later), the hotel is exceptional. Everything was great! - ultra all inclusive service; - 3 restaurants for dinner (buffet), food variety was great, they had "special" food offerings daily for lunch & dinner (like shish tawook, burgers, roasted lamb...) - healthy bar, lobby bar, beach bar; - staff is exceptionally nice and useful. The security at the entrance was very welcoming; - rooms are very very clean & tidy, every bit was cleaned; - location is near airport, on promenade, there are many shops, mosque is close by (<200m walk); - pools are very clean and regularly maintained; - they wash pool sun beds every day; - private beach is very close and well maintained; - there are enough toilets and they are very clean; - room was comfortably big and A/C was great; - evening events were great, especially live singer & fire show; - they had WC2026 program, where scores were written on the board, and matches were streamed on all TVs including the big screen; - very big & negative thing for me was the bathroom door - it had 5-6 cm gap from the floor, letting every sound and smell from the bathroom. I cannot understand why hotel did this. If it weren't for other exceptional things, this would lower the score to 9/10 or even 8/10. - A/C remote would be useful! Hurghada is hot, even on nights, so it would be useful to turn on/off the A/C from the bed, instead of getting up and pressing the button on the wall controller. We are sensitive to A/C, so cannot sleep whole night with A/C, but occasionally we turn it on when it is hot in the middle of the night, and then turn it off. - the beach is small. Very small actually. And when tide effect hits, half of the beach is dry or shallower than 50cm. The tide effects here are not as extreme as in other parts, but still the swim lines should be 20-30 meters farther. * nitpicks: * - the shower gel was refilled only once in 6d stay, resulting in no gel the last day. I would expect shower gel to be refilled daily in a resort where showering is 5-times-a-day activity; - non alcoholic drinks do not have much variety, i.e. they do not have Coke Zero at the refill machines, Moctails are very basic and not tasteful, the coffee machines brew not-so-good coffee; - they do not have sweets/desserts for the lunch (only dinner), only fruits; - the ice cream is very basic, and have only 4 flavors (1-2 of them available); - the cakes/desserts for the dinner verte not that tasteful and they had only small variety (couple of different cakes only); - the Golden Lounge Restaurant (the only one A la carte) is available only once per stay and requires 3 days upfront reservation; - the Blue Lounge (Asian) restaurant was closed when we visited and the Pickalbatros app said it was open (we visited around 19:15); - not sure why they close the pier at 18:30? They can close the steps to the sea, but pier would be nice to walk on in the sunset

The beach is wonderful, the pools are also amazing. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. They offered us a room upgrade, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The management went above and beyond by granting us a generous room upgrade, turning our wedding anniversary and my wife's birthday into a royal celebration. ​A standalone, heartfelt tribute must be paid to Mr. Sayed Ibrahim, the Assistant Front Office Manager. His masterclass in leadership, elite professionalism, and genuine dedication transformed our stay; he meticulously oversaw every detail of our comfort—including our late check-out and seamless transit logistics—proving himself to be an irreplaceable asset to this resort. I stayed solo at Blue Spa Pickalbatros and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is incredibly spacious, beautiful, and luxurious. You really feel like you’re somewhere special the moment you walk in. I never felt bored for one second - there’s always something to do, see, or enjoy. The Ultra All Inclusive was super enjoyable and left you with zero chance of being hungry. Everything was high quality and plentiful. The rooms were gorgeous and spotlessly clean with all the amenities you actually need. Attention to detail is top notch. Special thanks to Mr. Sayed Ibrahim and the whole staff - super friendly, helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The team really makes the hotel feel like a second home. You leave wanting to come back again as soon as possible. Will definitely be returning!

I would also like to thank Abdelrahman from the reception team for his professionalism and helpful attitude, always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, Youssef from room service did an excellent job, ensuring everything was clean, timely, and up to standard. The animation team activities were very enjoyable and added a fun and lively atmosphere to the stay. I would also say that this hotel is more suitable for adults, especially for those who enjoy an active and vibrant environment rather than a quiet one. The location is perfect—very convenient and close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. The reception team was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, they were friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their kindness and genuine care made me feel at home, and I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding hospitality. The rooms were spacious, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The beach was beautiful and exceptionally clean, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the stay.
