Grand Palace - Couples only 18 years plus

I can honestly say that Grand Palace is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The staff deserve special recognition. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Taha at the reception welcomed us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks also to Mohamed Hussein, who made the most amazing drinks for us—often before we even had to ask. He was always smiling, friendly, and genuinely cared about making every guest happy. In fact, every single member of the staff was exceptionally polite, professional, and respectful. The rooms were absolutely flawless—spacious, beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and with stunning sea views. They created such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere that we truly felt at home. The beach is simply breathtaking. The crystal-clear water and beautiful surroundings make it one of the best beaches I have ever seen. The hotel’s location is another huge advantage, right in the heart of the promenade, with everything just a short walk away. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single fault with this hotel. We loved our stay so much that we even wanted to cancel the rest of our trip and extend our vacation here, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. Thank you to the entire Grand Palace team for making our vacation unforgettable. We will definitely be back! No thing everything was amazing

The food was very delicious and there was a great variety . The staff all over the hotel were very friendly . All the restaurants were available every day. The beach was so clean. There was no parking.

Fantastic place

The landscape, the staff, the pool, the beach, the open buffet, the drinks, everything was excellent! - I told them its my wife birthday and I expected something to be prepared, the room for example or a surprise during dinner or breakfast but nothing happened, they totally ignored it - The quality of cheese used in pizza made by the snacks bar beside the beach was not good at all tbh - We had water outage in the room - no parking - no one came to welcome us when we were unloading the luggage from the car

The staff are the best thing about this hotel, they can not do enough to help and were always smiling. The food was very good as were the facilities. Being a booking.com customer, gave us lots of extras!! Like a lot of hotels in Hurghada, it is tired and in need of some renovation.

Definitely food in the small restaurants there is room for improvement

Everything is fantastic, including the beach, pools, rooms, food variety, and the staff, who are extremely friendly and welcoming. Please maintain this level of performance and quality at all times, and I will definitely return. Just to add more sweet variety to the dinner

Staff were incredibly nice. When they found out we were on our honeymoon, they bumped up our room and provided additional benefits, and made an effort to ask how we were doing.

What a beautiful resort in the red sea! The resort is very close to the airport , which is convenient. The pools are so beautiful and there was so much space that it never felt crowded. The food was good and there were plenty of options. The staff in the sky lounge restaurant was amazing! Nothing

Very nice hotel comparing to others in such a tourist destination. Rooms are big and outdoor space is nice. It wasn’t busy at the time of my visit. Food was good and staff is very attentive. You can see the age of the hotel but they keep it clean. Bedsheets might need a change as they are very old, same as towels. Doors to the rooms are thin and you can hear people passing by.

Everything was amazing; Staff put every day a lot of effort to make sure we have everything, clean and spacious facilities, food absolutely amazing throughout the day and night (especially the main restaurant). We're very happy with our decision to stay in Grand Palace hotel and we will be coming back. Special thanks to Taha and Ahmed on reception, Mohammed and Ahmed at the lobby bar, Farad at the one of the a la carte restsurants, Tito who made sure we're very well taken care off with refreshments during the day and also staff at the main restaurants and all the rest. -

Pool is amazing, service is great and the staff let us do late check out free of charge due to late flight The beach is close to the marina and the sand is a bit dirty and with stones

Luxurious setting, reception very helpful and fast esp Mr.Taha was very welcoming unique pools setting with a pool bar serving directly to the pool. Buffet international level, staff friendly

It was quiet, beautiful and private. Good value for money! Just the right place to rest after an intense week of sightseeing in Cairo. We got upgraded to a full sea view room that was just amazing! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The ala carte dinner restaurants were quite disappointing. We stuck to the buffet after the first night. Food at the buffet was better with more options.
