Hotel is quiet good Food sometimes good sometimes no , but in general everything was great

The property so clean the atmosphere is amazing the people are great there is no hotel in all hurghada same as sindbad club aqua park safe for kids beach so clean Reception check in was so smooth guest relation was all time in touch ask about our stay food and service mr.hany from reception choose best rooms and smooth check in and mr.samara from bars was all time follow up with stuff to make great quality of service to all guest , mr . Mohamed sayed from the restaurant was the best amazing welcome and follow up for food quality and services all was great mr.Abdulfatah was also best service and great smile all the time with mr-gerges all teams was amazing All was perfect amazing

Staff are very friendly. Food is amazing. All the details are set to have fun. The property is always clean. Despite of the business and big numbers of guests every thing is easy with no waiting or disorganization

Stuff was friendly and helpful Water aqua was good, food was good and various. Variable activities were available during our Stay Magnificent views for taking photos The pools were not heated all days

The room was very spacious. The beds were a little hard and not super comfortable though. The pools and facilities looked nice but we did not use them so cannot comment on them The staff was very nice The buffet food was OK. There was a lot of variety, but nothing tasted spectacular. The Thai restaurant was the worst Thai food I’ve ever eaten in my life. This place is probably better if you have kids as a lot of their shows were for kids and not as much for adults

· Staff: The service is unmatched. From the newest recruit to the general manager, every single person was respectful, professional, and always smiling. I have never seen such a high level of hospitality. · Food: The food is delicious and offers incredible value for money. You really get the best quality for the price. · Overall: This was a perfect trip. It certainly won't be my last visit to this hotel. Highly recommended!

Indeed a great location, several options for entertainment and leisure. The hotel is confortable and offers a good value for money. In our family room, the master bedroom, has a not very confortable bed. (Most probably time to change the mattress ) Additionally for a family suite, we missed a second bathrooms. Everything else, was really nice.

Everything was great. The food was good and we always found something different to eat ? When we arrived the front desk agent could talk a little Hungarian what was a fun suprise ? Everyone of their staff was great and friendly and on top with every guests ? Mohamed (from housekeeping) was great. He always kept our room super clean and he was really sweet anytime when we met. Merna was also great. She took care of us really well. She helped with every questions what we had before we arrived or during our stay. She is really sweet and super friendly. As a person who also works in the hotel industry I think this hotel is lucky to have her ? so thank you Merna for all your help ? Also every part of the hotel was clean…even the toilets at the beach also. So seriously I could not find anything what was not great during our stay. I would totally recommend it to stay here!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Sindbad Hotel. The entire team was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Mina at the reception and Mirna, who were always welcoming and professional. The hotel is full of activities, so there’s never a dull moment. The beach and sea are of a very high standard, clean and relaxing. The restaurants offer a good variety of food, and the quality is very good with options for different tastes. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable, and we would definitely love to come back again. Even the variety of food, they keep use it in different ways
